The rug looks exactly like the photo- which we thought was a bad copy- the print / dye on the rug is faded uneven and discolored . This carpet should be labeled as an irregular / blemished item and it should be highly discounted!!!!

This looks like a nice quality rug for anyone going for the faded vintage look. Be aware that the artificial fading effect is not subtle -- in some areas of the rug, the fibers look bleached out almost to white. I didn't realize from the photo that the faded look would be quite so prominent. Having said that, the construction of the rug and quality of the fibers themselves appear to be excellent. I am returning it because of the color. The gray is lighter than I hoped and has lavender undertones that look odd with my existing decor. It is not a bluish or greenish gray, more of a lilac. Couldn't tell until it was in the room.
This rug is beautiful and well made. Its thick, a heavy wool but not the kind that sheds everywhere and fills your vacuum cleaner up. The colors are a beige background with an olive green print. It feels great to walk on and looks perfect under my kitchen table.

Rug is beautiful. Colors are a little different in person though. Background is more tan, and design has almost a blu-ish tone to it. Fortunately for us, we didn't have to have a true grey for it to work with our decor. High quality rug though, very nice.
