2nd purchase, highly recommend

I'm disappointed in this chair. For starters, the colour is way off from what is shown. The picture online looks a light grey colour, but it's a full on medium grey colour, much darker than I expected. Also, the back seat cushion doesn't align properly and looks slanted. We took it apart twice to retry, but ended up with the same result. It seems once the screws are tightened, it somehow goes off kilter and looks visibly slanted on the left side. The back is shorter than I expected, as well. The seat is very comfy though, but all in all is not what I expected. Nice looking chair, but not what I was hoping for. I'll never order an item like this online again. If I had gone to a store, I would have seen the true colour, and realized the back was too low.

Good office chair, firm but comfortable and also very attractive looking. We wanted something different than a standard leather and the cloth velvet is soft and not hot. Happy with this purchase!!

Extremely comfortable chair for the price. Keeps my posture in check while sitting at my desk.

I've gone through several different office chairs over the years and settled on Serta as best suited to my needs! It is extremely comfortable and attractive. Assembly was relatively easy, especially for someone like me who is known to be rather inept when it comes to putting things together! :-) This is my second Serta chair. I have one in my business office and one in my home office. It is a great product!

Love the chair! My husband and I both needed one for our home office. Easy-peasy assembly - took me about 15 minutes per chair. The seat is nice and cushiony and I am very happy with the purchase.

Purchased this Serta chair for my daughter while she is completing her doctorate at ASU. She is completely over the moon about this chair! It has been an asset to have with her long days studying. We highly recommend this chair, for its quality and just how comfortable it is overall. No lower back pains anymore!

Nice , firm chair

Very nice firm office chair. It is comfortable and perfect in our redone office. Very firm when first sit in it but soft over time. Hubby loves it!

Arrived quickly; not the color we ordered (black); charcoal delivered; very hard to put together; not all that comfortable.

I absolutely love this chair!! I sit ALL DAY for my job and this is the first chair I’ve felt truly comfy in! Set up was easy. Only thing is the side button things come out a lot and very easy but the chair doesn’t come apart if they do LOL

This microfiber chair was hurting my legs and lower back for two years and I gave this chair to the neighbors.

This is the perfect chair and a great deal. Beautiful chair in all. It isn’t as suitable for a bigger person but works for a medium build or smaller.

Office chair - comfortable

Chair was easy to assemble. Chair has good back support, lots of butt cushion, and the material is soft to the touch. Glad I purchased it. Looks great!

Comfortable office chair

Very comfortable, and well made chair, especially if you have to sit at a desk all day like I do. The fabric color is nice and looks much more expensive than it is.

This chair is super comfortable and exactly what I was looking for at a great price! The glacier grey matching my at home office perfectly!!
