I wouldn't purchase this chair again.

It was very difficult to put the chair together. I took the back of the chair and the seat to my local store to help.

Poor Quality

My husband began putting this chair together and immediately told me it was of poor quality and would not be a suitable chair for me. The material was very thin and would not withhold much use.

I I would recommend it to anyone and all my friends and 99% of the furniture that I have at home is from them

I am not Super Woman

This office chair was nearly impossible to put together if you haven't super human strength! ( I am talking screwing the backrest onto the seat.) I believe it's intolerable for any buyer!!!

Great office chair!

I bought this chair for my son to use at his gaming computer. It was pretty easy to put together and is well made. Definitely recommend!

NOT EVEN CLOSE

we bought this for our working office, i put it together and the picture does not match what i put together. half the seat is gone. looks terrible. i am sure this is a manufacturing issue and that the chair is really great, but you can barely sit on it now.

It's very small and my legs are hanging out too far.

Not What I was expecting

This chair is really hard to put together and really cheaply made. I wouldn't recommend. Spend a little more money and get a better one.

Kind of hard to put together.

Excellent Product, But---

The chair came disassembled and with picture form, easy to follow, assembly instructions. What they didn't state is that a second person is necessary to help with assembly. A lot of pushing and pulling are necessary to align holes on two parts by both individuals to get the seat, backrest and armrest assembled. This chair is not for the person that has no mechanical assembly experience. Other than the assembly problem, this chair is an excellent product. It has good back support and is comfortable.

2 stars. very unhappy on how it was suppose to go together.

The wholes for the screws where the seat met the back were about 1/8 inch off so the chair was not able to be put together. I didn't want to order another one in case same situation. Disappointed.

Clumsy, uncomfortable, and unreturnable

I've been sitting in this chair for a day and it is wobbly, clumsy, and doesn't provide enough back support. The product is not ready for a seamless assembly and you cannot return this product once you have opened and assembled it thanks to NFM policy. So in conclusion, this is not a great product, and somehow NFM return policy only allows you to return it within 30 days if it is unopened and unassembled (Good luck trying out the product from within the box).

poorly constructed, staples in and material over installation holes. really cheap castors, instructions diagrams without printed description. customer service was great. attaching seat to back was unreal, once together the armrest didn't align with back of chair.

Worst Chair

It broke within 6 months. I only use for office hours and only 145 pounds weight. The handle back supports just cracked n fall apart!

Très déçu, je vais la retourner au magasin. Siège inconfortable. Le dossier offre un très mauvais soutien lombaire. Le montage a été très pénible.

Bien mais pas parfait.

Confortable et élégante, mais très difficile à monter. Il faut être deux, car certaines étapes nécessitent de forcer considérablement. Le résultat est bien, mais le dossier de la chaise est un peu plus incliné que la normale.

Very good chair at a great price

broke after a couple of weeks

Unfortunately, the arms are what attaches the back and they cracked after minor use only a few weeks in. I should probably have brought it back -but as we had it shipped it would be a drive to do so as we don't live close to Lowes. I would think twice about this chair unless for a young child.

It broke

The cheap plastic where the bolts hold the armrest to the underside of the seat broke when leaning back like I have been for the month I used it. Also the rivet attaching the seat to the leaning mechanism begins to squeak unbearably after a while if use but can be fixed with lubricant.
