We have bought several rugs and they’re all beautiful. This one is a two-man project.

Beautiful rug! Delivery coordination needs work.

Beautiful rug. Very happy with purchase. It is thick and soft. As expected. My only issue was that I wanted white glove delivery and was told that I could arrange it once I got an email with the shipping information. The service is anpparently not available because when I called, they could not help me. The delivery came without warning and the rug was left outside my front porch. I live in a big city so I had to travel home from work and bring it in myself. A 8x10 rug is heavy.

Poor Quality

The rug is not of the quality you expect from a rug that proce. I returned it.

Hard to rate because I

Hard to rate because I returned it. It’s a very nice rug and I’m sure would hold up well for years. However, the “charcoal” color is mislabeled. It’s so blue and light gray that naming it charcoal feels like a joke. It’s blue. Only writing this review to hopefully save someone else return shipping fees.

Gray color was WAY off-- green. Lumpy too

The color is WAY off. It was VERY green and I am sending it back. The backing was almost glued wrong and it was never laying flat so I am sending it back. It was lumpy in all the wrong places. It was VERY soft and had the other issues hadn't happened we would keep it.

Rippled Rug

My order arrived with large ripples down the entire center of the rug that would not relax after 2 weeks, even after trying multiple things. The condition of our rug was unlike any of the others shown beautifully flat in other review images. I immediately reached out to customer service to file a claim. It has been weeks with no follow up, after continuously inquiring about my claim. I understand the busy season, but no acknowledgement of receipt of my claim is very frustrating. Instead, I receive emails asking me to review my purchase. Sure, I’ll review it. I’m hesitant to order again in the future.

Mystique Black

I purchased this rug in Feb 23 for entryway. It is perfect with quality and color. Adds a statement upon stepping into my home. I’m confident it will last for many years.

Only giving a 4 star

Only giving a 4 star because there was a corner of the rug that was dirty when it arrived. It had some weird sticky stuff on it that must have collected dust because it was slightly discolored at the spot. Kind of irritating given the price. Other than that, the rug is perfect for my space. Very soft. And arrived fast.

Taupe = medium brown

The quality of this rug is nice - it is thick and plush feeling. I am only giving 3 stars because the color in the pictures is misleading. It is significantly darker and more brown than it looks online. I would not have chosen this color.
