Doesn't work great with "every" mattress!

We were told the base would work with any mattress. However the mattress we bought is too stiff and does not bend properly when the head of the bed is raised. It works well for a small tilt to prevent snoring, but doesn't work if you want to raise the head to sit up and watch TV; it tilts the whole mattress until we slide down the bed!

Best purchase I have ever made. Love the beds. Just what my back needs. That massage feature is awesome. I usually toss and turn. Not any more! I adjust to what feels comfy and turn on massage and then I'm out.lol. was easy to put together and great quality.

Good buy

I really like the base. Tha adjustable head and foot areas are awesome, and love the light feature on the bottom. What I can most definitely do without is the “massage†feature. It’s not a massage, it’s just a vibration that doesn’t do much. Wish I would have gone with the non-vibrating model. Still a good base though.

Great I like the frame.

Great massage helping with my back and legs. Watching TV I don't need to double up on pillows. Love the light underneath the bed. Just wish I had the lumbar support. I would recommend thus frame.

Excellent, 5 star purchase!!

Excellent design, quality and comfort. We've never slept so well, hubby has stopped snoring and my lower back pain is gone. We feel very blessed to have had such a great experience with this purchase!! Highly recommend Ron and the rest of the sales crew at the Ashley store in Arcadia, WI. What a class act. Will be back when we need more furniture :-)

BUY IT ! It’s the best and was simple connecting the remote. It comes folded like a book and simply open it on floor , add the legs. Connect remote .. the wires are already installed under bed. That’s it ! .. I already have an Ashley inner-spring queen mattress .. it’s coils are individual wrapped and can be use on an adjustable base. Comfortable mattress. Mattress is M62631 Limited Edition PLSH White ,Mattress 5/0. Base is great and low in price ! So is the queen mattress . Thank you so much !

If only the sales person didn't push us to buy the same day,

the whole home is shaky as if we are in the middle of an earth quake! I couldn't check this in the store as it is a solid ground unlike actual home. The worst thing is there is no way to replace or return in Ashley policy. My wife, who is pregnant doesn't feel very comfortable in the Firm mattress. We paid $6000 to get the best mattress for her back pain. Now, we don't have an option to replace the bed to medium firm.

No pain relaxing

So far, it’s an excellent choice. I never considered ‘pampering’ myself when it came to a mattress purchase, but this is one of the best choices ever I’ve made. My back feels great since I’m able to elevate my head and feet without contouring my body to lay comfortably and relax. A great choice.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It is so important to get your 8 hrs sleep and I now sleep better with my new adjustable head and foot adjustable Queen bed. Ashley has always been my go to when I am looking to make a major purchase. I will always recommend that you choose Ashley for all your furniture needs. Love it! I'm 5 1", physically fit, was able to assemble myself since hubby was working. :) Sleeping is much more restful, we toss less, sleeping on side is good my arm no longer hurts in the morning. Sleeping elevated is the best, won't go back to any other bed, also good for reading, watching tv, etc. Worth the price, good quality, highly recommed. Also recommend Ashleys bed in box mattresses. We also purchased protection plan.

The logistics of the delivery was a mess, this is our 2nd time having this problem with their warehouse. Hire better people.The delivery people were great and quick. The base makes noise when you get in and out. The USB plugins shine a blue light 24/7 but we put electrical tape over the ones not being used. Other than that we like it. We also bought a compatible pillow top bed to compliment it from Ashley.

Adjustable Bliss

I will keep this simple. I was in the market for an adjustable base for the reason of wanting to be more comfortable while watching television in bed. I thought the price point was absolutely reasonable being that I caught it during the Memorial sale period. The delivery and setup went without a hitch. The base is seemingly quiet when in operation and goes up and down smoothly and with ease. The remote is battery operated and very easy to use. The base feels sturdy when I climb in and out of bed. It fit in my existing king size bed frame like a glove. I gave the unit 4 stars instead of 5 because my only cons are that I wish the head portion was a bit smaller divided like the foot section. When the bed is in the raised portion a great deal of the mattress rises making it difficult to grab things (water, glasses, etc.) from my nightstand. I literally have to reach around the bed to get what I need or lower the bed some. Also, when raising the head portion you have to ensure that you are away from the headboard enough for the unit to operate; otherwise it won't raise. Other than that I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this base to any family or friend. I've had it almost a week but so far so good. I will post an update in about a month or so.

Best bed I ever owned and slept on.

I love this bed and my daughter does too. She won't stop coming in my room sitting the bed up and down. In the short time I have had it, my acid reflux and sleep apnea have subsided. I feel good. I'm just waiting on a mattress from Walmart that is delayed. In the meantime I'm using my previous mattress which I think is inner spring memory foam. I think I'll buy a twin for my daughter. This bed was a good deal for me. I didn't think I would find an adjustable bed for such an affordable price. Thank you Ashley furniture.
