I’ve owned many recliners in the past and this one is the best by far. The power recline gives the opportunity to adjust to the perfect position every time. The massage works very well. The arm storage compartment are large and hold a lot. Quality and comfort are excellent.

Chair made for my TV room

We ordered 2 of these for our TV room. Opted for 2 singles instead of a dual love chair in order to maintain the openness of our space. The chair has several options that enamored my husband and me. To enumerate, it is made of leather and has the functionality of heat and gentle massage. It does recline at zero gravity, and cradles the body quite comfortably. The headrest can be adjusted to comfort. All at the push of a button. We are short people... so this is very much unlike the majority of seating furnitures that are geared for tall people. We also bought a 2-seater/3 seater, depending on usage. Specifically if we have company. Hubby and I took the time to test out multiple styles in the warehouse. We put a lot of thought and careful consideration, a learned lesson from our past purchase of too-large-seats designed for tall people that weren't back-friendly. Oh, and there is a lot of storage compartments to these sets. Delivery was punctual. The delivery persons were careful not to mar our wood floor and were very polite and respectful. AND Lem actually placed a slider/felt covering on the part that contacts our wood floor. A very nice touch to the delivery of our awesome seating furniture. So it is such a breeze whenever I am cleaning the area...Yes, we are enjoying this purchase immensely!

Manual to electric powered furniture

My wife and I are both in our mid-seventies and the manual operated front room set we had was getting difficult to put back in position once extended. After many tries on the show room demos, we decided to purchase the Ashley Backtrack powered set, (recliner,sofa and loveseat), and we are two very satisfied elderly individuals. No more struggling to push the manually operated furniture with our legs. PLUS the heat and massage features on each piece make our old bones and muscles feel much better. Overall rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

We went to AFW for a double recliner with a pull down in the middle until we sat in these Chars and turned on the back massage we were sold.

Backtrack Dual Power Recliner!

We bought the recliner two weeks ago. It has firm comfort, a massager, heater and reclines for sweet sleeping with an adjustable headrest. We love it.

Terrible salesman, but great product and delivery

Exactly what I was looking for. Very comfortable and reclines fully back to horizontal, and the head piece raises for perfect position. I don't use the massage function but the heat is great.
