Do not waste your money. The bed breaks, the slats are cheap pieces of wood.I would have rated this zero stars if i could.

Nice look. Not so sturdy.

The look is fine. However, the wood used comes in sections that screw together. Flimsy woody. Would recommend that larger stronger pieces of wood be used to support the sleeper. Right now my skinny son is fine. Would not recommend this if the person using it is overweight.

Avoid!

I bought this as a replacement to my everyday bed and built it back in July 2021. It’s March 2022 and the wooden slates have already broken to the point the mattress sinks. This may be a good bed for a guest room that’s not used often but definitely avoid as a replacement to you bed that gets used daily.

Breaks easily

Had it for 2 weeks and it broke already, I don’t even know if I can exchange it or return it. A family member ended up throwing away the box. I know it’s not expensive and affordable but still I wouldn’t imagine the end part breaking so quick.

Would not recommend, better go to ikea.

Design of slat leg is terrible. It's impossible to have proper support of the mattress. I have to use a ton of paper towel to stack up the ground toeach slat legs.

Looks Great in my guest bedroom

Looks great in my guest bedroom. Always get so many complements. Some say you need a box spring. I found that if you order the biggest mattress in the box as in 12" to 13" then if fills up the space between the mattress and the backboard. This fixes the need for a box spring. They should explain that better.

this bed is pretty but definitely needs a box spring. It has a huge gap if you dont have one from the headboard being too high. The boards to hold the bed are also very low quality. they broke after 4 months. there is a 90 day return policy but i dont think i can return it because im 4 days past the 90 days. Im definitely going to talk to customer service about trying to get my money back.

Waste of $200!

This has got to be the worst frame I’ve ever purchased! That slats are made of cheap wood! The wood splitting on both the slats and the wood on the frame. The slats aren’t even long to go from one side to the other. There is no holes in the wood on the frame to screw the slats into.

Waste of $200!

I ordered this frame and should’ve read the reviews. It was pretty easy to put together until I went to screw the slats in and there was no hole for them to be screwed into ! So now I have to find a power drill to try and get it to stay together! The slats were made of cheap wood that was already splitting! Don’t waste your money or time !

Looks pretty but need lots of improvement

Like the color but the headboard is flimsy and I dont trust the slats. Its made from cheap wood and too many screws to keep it place. They should have simply added a velcro strip or rubber to keep in place. Tried on last night and to be honest, I was worried that it would break and not hold the weight of two people. Also, a boxspring or a much taller mattress is definitely need if u want this bedframe. My hubby could not stay asleep and I woke up with a bad back.

Definitely needs a box spring!

Definitely needs a box spring! Looks totally stupid without. I bought this one for this exact reason. The bed is super low and shows a Hugh gap (approximately 8") without a box spring.

Love this bed

I just got the bed and I love it I'm a plus size woman and i most say this bed is very sturdy. It came with all the pieces and they were all in good condition. I put it together myself and it was very easy. I would recommend you use at least a 12' queen mattress if you don't plan on using a box spring which is not required anyway well worth the price.

Really simple to set up

To put it simply, this is the best, most comfortable bed I have ever had the provelage to sleep on. The Barcelona Arden Bed is a world class piece of bedroom furniture. LOVE IT!!
