Fit perfect in our shower and matched the light grey in our bathroom. The shelves are a little weak as all that's holding them up is an elastic brand. Most items make the shelves slide down. Might try to use some glue to hold them in place. Other then that it fit greats.

The metal rod is nicely coated, in a rough matt black finish. The trays are looking a bit cheaper in glossy plastic, matt would have been nicer, but ok. My shower is not very tall, so I cut both the last rod and the thinner spring loaded rod and it fit. Was very easy with a metal saw, and sandpaper to take the edges off.

I was extremely disappointed with this product and my experience with Wayfair. The product was not as advertised. The description stated that the item would extend 4-8.5 feet, while on the box (and in reality) the item only extends 91-103 inches. My shower is shy of 91 inches, making the item too tall. If you remove a segment of tubing, it is too short.

It's a pretty nice caddy. Goes with our bathroom decor. I'd prefer if the shelves were metal but the plastic is okay too. The product itself is decent and easy to put together. It's holding up so far, looks good and was a fair price. I like the adjustability of the shelves and that it can be used for a shower/tub combo or just a standalone shower by simply removing one bar.

Received this caddy with wrong parts, but not enough for me to go through a returning process. Where I was supposed to receive 2 parts of Bar A (just an example) and 1 part of Bar B, I instead got 3 Bar A's and no Bar B. Luckily, I could still install the caddy without Part B. And, the instruction steps are weird, it would be best to just follow the picture provided in the instructions.
