Does not stay up

Did not stick on my tile no matter how I tried. Clean surface, smooth tile. I only had a loofah attached at one point and it still fell. Bummer.

I bought it about a year ago…it was great until it wasn’t. It fell down after 6 months and no matter what I do, it impossible to have it yo hold in in place again.

Won't Stay Up

Had this for a year and it won't stay up consistently on our tile shower wall.Tried all the tricks but falls down every month or so, which doesn't sound too bad but is a bit irritating after a while. Sad because it's one of the better looking shelves on the market.

Perfect for the shower area in my bathroom! It stays put and looks great!

We love this shelf so much. It’s super easy to attach, doesn’t damage the shower walls and is easy to clean. It does exactly what it says on the tin!!!

Not as Described

I bought this back in September, but unfortunately didn’t open until today 12/16). The picture showed a pretty white shelf and the description said it could be attached to drywall. Well it’s not very pretty, looks like cheap plastic with many drainage holes in the shelf, and the instructions do not recommend attaching to painted surfaces, ie: drywall:(

good but don't ignore it or it will let you down

you really, really, have to keep tightening the knobs (weekly) or the shelf gets loose quickly

Good looking but sadly nonfunctional

I bought this six weeks ago and I am very disappointed. Although I cleaned the tiles it attaches to very well and it doesn’t touch grout, it will not stay up with anything more than a bar of soap on it.

Doesnt stick to wall with a lot of strength. Falls down on its own weight eventually.

Surprisingly bad

Bought this a year ago, and if you can get it on, it fits snugly, but it takes a bit of trial and error to get it on. Over time, the sure lock system fails more regularly. Many times at night i was awoken by a spectacular crash coming from my shower. I Kee the shelf on my shower floor now. Wouldn’t recommend it even if it was on sale.

Do not buy

Bad product will not stay up even after installing it following instructions perfectly.

Nice, simple design, functional and looks good

I like the simplicity of this shelf. I had another Umbra caddy before this and it lasted for years. I never had any issues with it not adhering to my shower wall (prepped as instructed).

Great - until it falls down.

This was a fantastic shelf...until it wasn't. I had it for about 6 months and it was perfect, and then it fell down. And no matter what I do, I cannot get it to remain on the wall again. Super disappointing. And I now need to find a replacement.

No regrets

It's large enough to hold plenty of things, and I like that you can hang from it as well.

shower wall

I bought this for a new tiled shower stall to put shampoo & soap in. So far its still up there! Kinda surprised it could hold the weight of a large bottle.

Doesn't work

The suction cups simply do not stay stuck to the tile wall, and the shelf falls off after a few hours even after being fully tightened. On the other hand, an Ikea suction cup has been stuck to the same tile for years without any problems.

Looks great but consistently falls off

Stays up for a few weeks at a time but consistently falls off - despite cleaning the surface, reducing the amount on it until it's just bars of soap... I've replaced with a hanging set of shelves which I can load up without any worries.

Best shelf I have found that has suction cups.

Works great, Just need to make sure you tighten it up every once in a while which is what it says in the directions and at a good price??

So far its very good , easy to install. Hopefully would stay strong on my wall
