Doesn't last a month

Difficult to fully clean.. motor quit after 1 month. Used for my indoor dogs. Don't feel like it really filtered the water. There was always a collection of bubbles and film next morning after putting fresh water in at night

Does not work

After having three people read the instructions and try to figure out how to make this work, we decided it is broken. Threw it away.

Great product but hard to clean manually

This is a great product however the only problems I had were cleaning it manually. There are a lot of nooks n crannies that take effort to get fully clean. The cylinder in which the water pumps up thru is difficult to make sure is fully clean due to the design and the thin crevices on the upper reservoir are difficult to get a sponge between for thorough cleaning. And even tho there is a grated area before heading into the pump area, hair will get thru it into and sucked into the pump, even tho that too has a grated section. Other than those two items, it’s a great product. I have just purchased a different water fountain type water bowl from chewy and when set next to this one, most pets have chosen the new one (petnf transparent water fountain bowl). I’d recommend but w a warning of the two issues I had with it. I do love the length of the power cord and the ability to unplug it without disconnecting from the wall. That was a nice feature the other one doesn’t have.

This is my second one for my cats they seem to like the 2 tier water flow and its easy to clean and has filter refills. Great fountain

Reliable, affordable drink fountain for cats

This is the second one I've bought but the first one lasted about 8 years? I cleaned it every 3 weeks and the motor kept strong until it finally gave out. Great value for what you pay for.

Not great

I bought this water fountain 45 days ago and it's disappointing. Makes noise after drinking...even when the water is still elevated pretty much to the top...sounds like it's near empty. The pump gets gunky quick and filter doesn't seem to "filter"..just gets slimy.

Genuinely not a great fountain..

.. but I guess it gets the job done? Save your money and get a PetLibro fountain. This one is louddd and if your cat has any kind of balance problem (ie. cerebellar hypoplasia) this is not the fountain that will work for them.

Good fountain, but cannot control flow.

Good basic fountain for getting fresh water to my cats. I like that there are minimal parts to clean (versus other fountains in the Drinkwell line). That said, the product description on this sites states "Control the rate of water flow," but that is not the case. There is no ability to adjust the water flow.

Great little fountain, but beware

Great little fountain & the cats love it. I bought it August 6, 2024, today when I was unplugging it from the wall, the plug casing separated in my hand and left the prongs in the outlet

Water fountain

We really like it! Only disappointment, there were no extra filters included. In the past any fountain I ordered had at least one, sometimes two.

Cat Fountain

It was very hard to get it apart, per the instructions and the motor makes noise when it gets the slightest bit low on water. I am constantly filling it to the top. I will be getting a different fountain for her because this is just too much work.

I actually would like to send this back. I thought it was going to be the best thing for my cat but it seems to not work as well as the other fountain I have. What is your process and sending items back.

Great little fountain for cats, but hums

I purchased this fountain for my foster cat with CH. It's the fountain our local humane society uses in their roaming rooms. I like it, and I think it encourages my cat to drink, but it hums/ buzzes which I would think might bother the cats. Still, I think the benefits outweigh the noise.
