Impossible To Speak To A Human

The cookware is adequate. Customer support for this company is non-existent. I submitted a return ticket on 12.26.23 to return an item. The ticket response says they will contact you in 1-2 business days. Today is 1.5.24 and I have not heard a word. Tried calling the 800 # and it's impossible to speak to someone. You scroll down on their own support page and click on Live Chat Support and it takes you to the page where you submit a ticket. Which I've already done. And heard nothing. Last time I ever purchase anything from Analon.

Super nice and sturdy. This pizza pan makes the pizza crust brown and crispy on the bottom. Not to large not too small. Love the handles that make is easy to hold and turn in the oven.

Useless

The worst pizza pan I have ever used. It doesn't cook evenly; toppings are nearly burned and the crust is raw in the center. I've had better results with a cookie sheet.

Beautiful Pan!

Better than I expected. I'm glad I made the choice to buy this pan. It's a much better quality than the ones I purchased in the past. Now I need a smaller, personal pan.

Heavy, Nice quality

Got two for Christmas to replace our old ones. Paperwork recommended not using metal pizza cutter. Now, can't find a cutter that works. Having to transfer back to our old pans. Was hoping you sold a pizza cutter.

Okay, we use this all the time and our pizzas come out so much better and the crust is perfect. It's like cooking on the rack without the mess. So much better than a cookie sheet. If you make pizzas, from scratch or frozen, you need one or two of these!

Good quality but size not accurate. Had to return.

I bought this from another retailer but had to return it because it is much wider than 13”. I have a countertop oven that is larger than most toaster ovens but your pan would not fit inside it. I don’t have/want a regular oven. I’m writing this review in hopes you will correct the measurements on your website. I have several other Analon products and they are excellent.

Awesome analon purchase

Used for the first time. Great crust. Used parchment for ease of cleaning.. Cleanup is a breeze. No more pizza in a cookie tray...Definitely recommend.

I love this pan. I made 2 pizzas and a rustic tart on it. The crust browned so well. It also saved a pie I had trouble getting on the pizza stone. This was a wonderful purchase.

Received my pizza pan before the due date. What a great pan! We already used it many times. The pizzas came out excellent! Just slide off the pan. You can also cut it in the pan. The size is quite large. Anolon makes excellent kitchen products.

I ordered this pizza pan to crisp oven fried potatoes and for frozen pizza. I have NO IDEA what I did before I had this pan! Love it. I use it all the time and it's so well made and heavy. Use if to roast veggies, too! If you like to cook (and even if you don't) this is a must in every kitchen!

Amazing bakeware!

I had bought a cookie tray initially, that I fell in love with so now I'm buying the rest of the bakeware. There is no other brand out there that is as heavy duty as Anolon. The non-stick is great and what a wonderful idea to have the silicone grips.

My oldest daughter loves pizza, so I purchased this for her. She really enjoys using this pan,and she is very impressed with the quality. It's also nice having the rubber handles om each side of the pan. Easy clean up and dishwasher friendly.

Choose this pan if you like crispy pizza crust

This pan works great to cook the bottom crust best. Often times if the dough is too thick or if the toppings are too heavy the pizza will come out undercooked or burned. The pizza cooks more evenly on this pan. It's a good size and fits into some countertop convection ovens.

Best Pizza Pan ever!

My sons love this pan, the bottom of the pizza doesn't burn, and it is a breeze to clean. Anything that burns on it can 'chip off', and sometimes I just wipe it off with a paper towel and use it again. It does darken over time, but I've had one for over 4 years and it works the same as it did at the start. I just purchased another one when it went on sale recently, just to have as a 'back up'.
