I ordered in the apring and recieved my order in june. I took a morning off to set up. I set up two sides and one was the wrong side. I contacted them immediately with pictures to justify, they immediately responded with a great solution, they were sending me another. I am a disabled veteran and would have wasted my summer taking the other one down, boxing it and sending it back. Ny the time i received another replacement summer would be over. But thay was not the case. They sent the other one within the week and i now have a great family room.

Less than thrilled

Directions would have been very helpful as I have yet been able to install this item. It is about 1ft shorter than my 15ft awning and have no idea how to close in the top where walls meet awning.

side panels are not the right size

Purchased 13' Family Room & it says the side panels are 8', but they measure 7' 1 1\2" and are too short. We can't get any help fixing this problem. We are DONE with Camping World.

Bad instructions, great room

No instructions were included and the storage bag ripped after about 5 minutes. BUT, the room itself went up relatively easily once we found a YouTube video and it held up to a pretty heavy downpour with only minor leaks.

Although I have not set it up yet so far everything is good received this quickly and box was in good shape. I have seen these set up on others campers and I like the whole idea

Still waiting for order to arrive!

I ordered this on September 20, 2020, and am still waiting for it to arrive. I have contacted Camper World multiple times regarding the whereabouts of my order, but have heard nothing.

Terrible delivery schedule.

We gave a one star only because it has been over a month now and we still have not received the product. !!! ???

AWESOME!!!

The Florida room we purchased is PERFECT! It installs easily, it’s light weight and was very inexpensive. We both would highly recommend one to anyone in the market for one.

Poor customer service from Solera

At no fault to Camping World that im aware of it took a month to receive our room addition. There was no contact from Solera at all, Camping World called them several times each time was a different excuse

Can't Review it if you never receive it.

I wish I had read the review above BEFORE ordering. It has been over a month now and the manufacturer has not shipped it and still can't give me an estimate when he will. Camping World has been great and very responsive. I'm not sure why we can't get an approximate delivery date.

waiting on arrival with no date in sight!

We ordered this July 2 and as of today, August 4, we have not received the Solera Family Room. Camping World has been great and responds to everyone of my inquiries. The manufacturer is of no help and still can t give me any idea when I might receive the product as they are waiting on materials. With the shipping time of 10-15 days, it looks like I will possibly receive it sometime this fall.

Manufacturer Communication Sucks-Never Received

I cannot provide a good review at this time. I placed my order on 6/23 and I still have not received my merchandise from the manufacturer but I was charged the date I placed my order and I will be charged interest by my credit card company for an item I never received.

Not Recommended

Took over a month to receive from the manufacturer and another month to receive necessary attachment parts which were not included with the delivery. A tension strap for one of the two side panels had not been installed and required a workaround by me in order to install the room. Manufacturer customer assistance was not responsive. Workmanship was average at best and the overall quality was less than I expected. The color was not as pictured. I would hesitate to recommend the product to anyone.

Took over a month to receive from manufacturer. Received without necessary attachment parts. Repeated calls to Camping World and manufacturer and it took another month to receive the parts. The quality is not too great and it was not really configured well for my 13 ft Solara awning. Cannot recommend.
