This can is the perfect size to fit under the sink in our narrow galley kitchen here in New York City, has a lid and a handle and bags the right size. It took some searching online to find what we needed, everywhere else being too big, or small enough but no lid. Very happy to have found this company.

Great size bin. Light weight and has a handle too. I have bought it for my recycling. It has a large lid so easy to put things in. it is also easy to clean

Perfect food waste container. Good size and easy to clean. Also the lid keeps the food waste bag in place. Pleased with it.

Perfect size to capture items to recycle in my office. The lid flips easily and the handle makes it very convenient to carry and empty into my curbside recycling bin. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

A perfect replacement for your tired old waste-bin

A very practical and well sized waste bin. I especially like the design feature that the opening lid has a base that holds the bin liner in place. I would recommend this product to anyone.

It sits on my kitchen counter, and I use it as a compost bin. I really like everything about it - size, color, lid, etc. except that the handle comes off too easily. I bought two, and was very happy - until one of the handles came off while at the compost barrels, and cannot be found. I'd love to be able to purchase another handle! Without the handle, it is a pain to try to carry it.

The aesthetics are great of course. Really enjoy having the handle. My only gripe is I wish there was a locking mechanism for the lid, as I do find it can fall off when transporting to apartment-wide recycling.

Overall good, kids a little flimsy

Fits snuggly on the door under the sink. We have had to tweak it slightly as the lip of the lid overhangs so had to shave some of it off so the door closes properly as the under side of the sink is in the way.

love this bin

I used to have a big bin but I havent had one for years as no-one emptied it and I hated cleaning it when everyone misses and makes a mess. I just relied on carrier bags. However I thought I would try this little bin. It looks nice and small enough that you cant have it overflowing. It is perfect. I dont buy the brand liners. They are really good but too expensive. It doesnt have a foot pedal which I never liked and the lid stays open if you want it to. I would like another one got my recycling. Definitely the best bin ever.

Simple yet holds a lot!

This bin was bought for recycling, and looks great in the kitchen. It is simple in design and operation, making it somewhat expensive compared to competitors. However it also has the usual Brabantia quality.

Great under sink bin

Great under sink bin. We removed the lid flap so it’s an open bin in the under sink cupboard. Perfect size for ours. The collar keeps the bag in place. Good quality & nice colour.

Works brilliantly for me in the kitchen (2 units)

Bought this one and another to replace an expensive floor-standing stainless twin unit from another respected manufacturer, which eventually failed due to broken plastic lid hinges. I fitted them to the front of 2 rarely-used cupboards (containing underfloor heating controls) – and I love them! Nothing to go wrong, and so versatile (in that they can easily be removed from their backplates for taking outside, if required)… and the lids stay upright when filling. Can’t believe how pleased I am with them!

Best bins \- second to none

Bins are not a fetish, but I do appreciate good quality and design. The dimensions are such that they fit unobtrusively into any designated corner or cubby hole - hanging or standing. And, rather than their circular equivalents, hold more waste - just one empty spray bottle seems to take up half of the space in the 12L round bins. The Brabantia bin liners, although slightly pricey, fit very well and consequently seem to last longer than cheaper liners.
