Not impressed with Karran sink

The first Karran sink was delivered damaged and you have to purchase a gift certificate to use against a repurchase even when you insured it for an additional fee per BBB encouragement. The second one came after 2 hrs on phone between the extendended warranty customer service and BBB customer service. In addition to this issue there is nothing in info about having to wash and dry out all sinks that aren’t white or water spots will happen. Disappointed overall!

We selected this sink at homedepot.com to remove and replace our 15-year-old kitchen sink in our home. DIY Installation was accomplished with satisfaction of a job well done. Our kitchen now looks bright and beautiful, and we thought it was well worth the price. 60/40 layout works well for us.

Durable and attractive

I wanted something attractive to complement my white cabinets and butcherblock countertops, though not white, so this seemed to fit the bill. It's quite a bit darker than the photos online but still works well for my kitchen. I like the asymmetrical sinks that allow for different functions and the overall size is perfect. The material feels very durable and may not show stains like other materials would so I trust it will hold up to years of use.

Karran black quartz sink

I like the finish of the sink but it does scratch and spot at drying. The oil will help diminsh so of this but must be used frequently. The black finish looks good and the size is perfect, but more care required than my previous cast iron sink. I would recommend to friend to try this sink with caution about the care required.

A piece of art for your kitchen remodel

We choose the Karran 33 inch Top Mount Large/Small Bowl Quartz Kitchen Sink in Concrete for our kitchen remodel. My husband and I couldn't not be more pleased on how well crafted this sink is - it's not a sink, but of piece of art along. We would highly recommend as the product and value are outstanding.

I like the size of the sink.

This Karran sink is larger on the left side for big pans and skillets. It makes it easier to wash by hand. I also like the depth of the sink. It came in several colors and I picked concrete which matched my countertops the best. It seems like the sink that will make my work easier because of the size.

PIECE OF JUNK (to not be vulgar)

I am SO SORRY that I bougt this piece of junk!!!! I had a cast iron sink that used to streak when I washed pots in it. Imagine the FURY I felt after this new one was installed and I saw that it streaked and stained more than my 20 year old one!

Love my new sink !

I absolutely love my new sink! I had a regular double sink that was 40 yrs old and I love the deeper side on the left . You can wash bigger things in it which makes a big difference. The dark brown color goes perfect with my countertop. Very happy !

After 60 years, a New Sink!

We've been using our new kitchen sink for just under 3 weeks. It looks stunning, with a new Moen faucet in black also. We can now fit larger pans into our sink. We purchased the black sink strainer baskets to go with the sink. We didn't use the included template but just cut out for the bosses. Also, did not use the attachment clips as the sink is heavy and wouldn't move at all in the cut-out. Have had no issues.

Love my Karran sink!

It's a great addition to my twenty-seven year old kitchen. Finding just the right sink to spruce up my aging kitchen was my goal. Avoiding another enameled sink as well as a potentially noisy stainless steel became possible after finding the options Karran provided.

Great sink.

This is the perfect sink for our kitchen. The size of the bowls and the lower divider in the center really make dish washing an easier chore. Beautiful neutral color and durable finish. Only had the sink in a week but so far all is great!

Beautiful Karran Quartz Sink (Color Bisque)

We just installed our new Karran Quartz Sink. We are so happy with the purchase and the look of our new sink. My wife and I installed the sink on our own and for being rookies it went well. My wife said its changed the whole look of the kitchen and we really like it.

Great sink! Beautiful and functional.

This sink has been a very real joy to us. It is very deep and perfect for prep work and for cleaning up. It cleans great with the slightest of effort, especially with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It is not only perfectly functional it is also very beautiful, adding a newness to our older kitchen that we didn't expect. The gates for the bottom and the stoppers work very well. Great sink!

Second Sink

Long story short, we recieved our first sink from Karran and there was a crack in the sink, (it was a Karran but different model), quickly returned to Lowes received full refund and placed second order on this model sink Lowes number 3769508...before we were out the door Karran had gotten the second order for the sink and shipped it immediatly. There were 2 delays getting it to us but that was FedEX's issue, anyway, we inspected the sink very closely and there were no inperfections, it is a very lovely sink, I wish I knew at the time to order the black sink drains but there was no option to order that except for separetly and I really did not need 2 sets of sink drains so I will take what came with sink. Due to time because our installer is suppose to be here Friday for installation. Hopefully that will go well. Regardless, Karran came through and assisted us immediatly....great customer service for sure. Thank you Karran....you know someone last year said that the new norm is terrible customer service since the pandemic.....and I have had that happen, however, I guess I would say that Karran is no longer the norm because they were there with us all the way. And they were kind.
