Does not look like picture at all! Cheap looking wicker. Leg bottoms are wobbly and not stable. Disappointed with item. Hiding it in a back bedroom instead of front hallway!
this raffia texture is GORGEOUS. well made, and a nice aged brass finish on the the hardware, not a cheap gold look by any means

The piece is well-made and nicely finished. I was a bit surprised by the size...it could easily accommodate a bath towel.

The only reason I have not given this 5 stars across the board is because I have not installed them yet. All looks good and I think they will be what I want.
Impressed!
I'm completely impressed with the quality of this product because it's above the competition on all aspects. This is NOT a flimsy item...the weight is truly felt once in hand. I wish I would have known about this brand prior to purchasing other products.
Item finishing issue
Towel ring was ok but I also ordered a matching toilet paper holder that had finger print smudges all over. I will return both items. I cannot use the ring without matching paper holder.
