Great pool

Was easy to put up. Make sure the ground is level! Don't eyeball it! I like the sand filter, it's easy to clean(backwash). Do some research before you buy. There's lots of videos on tiktok of people putting theirs up with ideas and tips.

Overall, a decent pool

I didn't want to write a review until I went through one season. Overall this has been a decent pool, and we really liked it. The pump and intakes were sufficient for the volume of water. I wouldn’t recommend the hassle and expense of getting a larger pump. I did upgrade to a better, sturdier ladder though, the ladder provided was too cheap. The hardest thing about this was the set-up. Putting the tubes through the sleeves was very difficult. The sleeves were too small in my opinion, just big enough to barely push through. To be honest, I didn't put talcum powder on them as recommended, but I was able to push them through anyways. However, in the fall, trying to take the pool down was another thing. The tubes were impossible to take out even though I loosened them up from the sleeves with my fingers. I believe the tubes had bent too much during the water filling process. It’s possible that this bending fused them together into one long tube which made it impossible to remove from the sleeves. Doing it over again, I might have used Vaseline to grease them up before inserting (ah-hem). So I left it partly assembled laying on the ground, and covered it with a tarp. It'll be easier to set up next year seeing I have only the legs to assemble, I’ll see how it goes.

Great Pool, Great Size!

Our family loved it. We got the sand filter and it has been pretty much zero maintenance. We don’t use a bunch of chemicals, only chlorine tabs and it has been clean. The size of the pool is perfect. Not too bad of a set up either.

Very Enjoyable

We had an Intex pool years ago and in 2024 decided to buy a larger one. This size is long enough to swim a little but not so huge as to be cost-prohibitive. The pool itself was relatively easy to assemble, although we used a tractor to move the boxes to the site. Ladder: a bit shaky for two 50-somethings, but we built a deck. Kids should have no problem. Sand pump: Easy to use and has worked okay, but does not filter out fine silt/pollen. In general, VERY pleased.

Filter is not large enough

You will have a green pool if you purchase this the filter is NOT large enough to handle the amount of water the pool holds . SAVE your money do NOT buy

Came folded- Had 4 rips due to packaging. I requested to have the liner replaced, as it was the only problem. it had 4 twars total along a line that was caused in packaging. the material is very thick and cannot take the sharp folds. The seller offered to replace if they had it in stock. they did not. so in lieu they 1st offered to return $350.00. i looked up the price of the liner, sold through intex, its over 400.00 plus shipping. eventually the seller did give me the cost and some of the shipping. i dont like that it took me calling in several times to do that, however, they were very amicable during the process. they handled a bad situation pretty well.

Had a question

My rating is most likely higher but I need to ask a question. I’ve just finished setting up my pool. It’s filling but the sides are caving in. Is that normal while it’s filling?

The pool was shipped to me and came on the day they said it would. It's a great pool.Everything works as it should. Easy assembly. I put some talcum powder on the beams and they slid easily in.

Pool broke and INTEX denied warranty

I bought this pool NEW from Amazon and it was new. The leg straps broke during the first filling and INTEX denied the warranty claim. They said that the pool was used and being rented by me. They are just making things up. This was also my second claim after the first one disappeared, there wasn't even a record of the first call.Terrible customer service.

Very easy to put up

Need help but very simple if you can read directions short money for a pool I had one before not this brand but it lasted 21 years never took it down cold winters and all you could throw at it the sun was the enemy so in joy it

Great pool, weak filter

We love the pool over all. The set up instructions could have better clearer. The sand filter is the problem. It loses its strength or force after couple of hours
