We purchased this item a few weeks ago and we love it. It helps with the organization of memos and other documents to our department heads. It is plastic and easy to assemble but not intended to put anything heavy on it.

I have been looking for these specific paper sorters. Office Depot offered the best price, fastest shipping and better quality product. Great for scrapbooking, card making and crafting as well as office.

Works Great, But..

I purchased this to use in our office to hold our different colored papers for newsletters mainly because it said each compartment holds up to one ream of paper. Well... Some do and some don't. The ones that do are super tight and you have to take some out. This is mainly becuase the shelves aren't completely flat. They are some what warped and have a wave to them. It looks great and will function, I just can't put a whole ream in most of the compartments.

I needed something that my crew could just walk up to and find their own paper work to help save me some time in the office. This was perfect! I was able to label each shelf and sort everything they needed in the 12 slots. I will be getting another for myself to help organize my desk and cabinets. Comes in 5 pieces very easy to snap together, was out of the box and on my shelf in minutes.

I decided to buy this literature organizer after reading numerous reviews for different brands that stated the pieces didn’t fit together well or lay flat and that it broke easily. I am using this in an elementary classroom so I need it to be sturdy! This is the only one I could find that the pieces clip together instead of just rest on top of each other. Therefore I don’t have to worry about it tipping over and I can move it around the classroom easily. It can fit construction paper and it has labels! I used the small return address labels, but you might be able to fit larger labels. This was the first day for my students to use it, and only one of the plastic label sleeves popped out. But I don’t think the plastic piece is really necessary. I bought 2 and built together to have 24 mail slots. This couldn’t have been easier to assemble. Took about 2 mins. A little longer to add labels.
