Material was not quality that I expected and it was easy to pop through. Also it was difficult to find a label for slide in portion to indicate individual mailboxes. We are making it work as best we can!

A little patience needed on the put-together but end product is great!

We used this to replace our decades-old inbox system consisting of stacked plastic file boxes. This looks MUCH better. There is less space than the file boxes but that just means everyone needs to clean out their inbox more often! I do find that the lip makes it difficult to slide docs out of the inbox, but it's a minor inconvenience. It is a bit cheap looking as the wood is laminate, but I'm also not going to spring for something made of real wood! All in all, we're very happy with it.

Could jave more substantial dividers for as heavy as rest of shelf is....

Sadly it is not colorful like the photograph in catalog. It does the functional job it was selected for but not the aesthetic one, which was also part of the selection.
