This product is great quality. I was very pleased. It's taller than I thought it would be. We did need to get some concrete to set it.
After installation, it is still quite wobbly. Also, it can BARELY hold 200' of hose. Once full, it falls off easily.
Wonderful item - worked great along my driveway ! Hold a lot of hose . Easy to work .
Swivel Hose Reel
I had to buy a lightweight hose to connect to the Reel. It can’t handle a heavy hose.

The design is superior to any found in my many searches. It allows unreeling and reeling of hose with ease, and the swivel feature insures direction to grounds most in need.

Yard Butler
After about 5 years in service the swivel connector tube is leaking badly and cannot be repaired . I have installed about 8 of these units on another estate I maintain and I'm disappointed. It does not easily handle 100ft of 3/4" hose.
Not 200 feet
Clearly says 200ft of hose, comes up about 30 feet short. I purposely bought it for 200ft.
Works great for about 3 years
As many have mentioned, it works great for about 3 years—-then things start falling apart and leaking. I like it, but not sure $200 for 3 years of service.
Only good for 3 years
After 3 years it became all rust and leaks. There is no way to hack fix it. Garbage now. I gave 3 stars because it work great for 3 years.

Lasted less than a season
when attempting to put hose on next season male end on bottom of post fell off onto my hand. Great idea but poor design. bought 4 wheel reel from you and now galvanize tee is leaking. Will never buy from this company again.
