Great area rug

Very nice rug for the price. We wanted something for under our kitchen table to replace another rug. It's very short pile, so works well in that space.

Junk

When this item arrived a couple of the corners were already frayed but I thought I’d just try to see them up. Fast forward a couple weeks later and they had frayed so much, it wasn’t worth trying to repair. Waste of money. I picked it up and threw it away. Ordered something else. Wasted $85. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellenr service and quality

It was easy to see what I was getting with the feature that let's you take a picture of your room and they'll insert your rug. Rug came quickly but due to my error (your order gives number not actual color selected so be careful) it was the wrong color. My husband was willing to keep because he liked the look and quality. No questions asked they sent me a return label and once received the money was back in my account. I reordered the right color and we're delighted. Low pile but soft feel and excellent quality. We didn't add a pad but it's in a low traffic area.
