cheap & missing pieces

I was happy to find what I thought was a good hutch on sale but it was poor quality. As I would put the screws in the wood would split (happened in at least 3 places) and then the wheels didn’t come with the right screws so I had to buy washers to keep them attached. One of the ramp doesn’t even come with screws you’re just supposed to “hang” it on there which wasn’t very safe. Pieces came scratch as well. Definitely would not recommend especially for guinea pigs. It’s also not chew proof.

Never got it

I ordered this because they said they could get it to me before I left town for a little but that was a lie. I contacted customer service to cancel and they were no help. It didn't get delivered before I left and I never got the package.

Great cage

Perfect for piggies that don't get along. Had two, one died. Took survivor to Animal shelter to get another one. Got along until put them in the cage I had together. The survivor chased the new one around the cage chatting her teeth. Had to get cage where they won't be together. Very happy they each have separate living quarters. Me also. Sturdy, lots of room. Easy to clean. And they are both happy.

Piggies started eating it first day. The shelf for the stairs isn't secured or tall enough for them to fit under without moving it so I constantly have to reposition it so they can get to the top level. Its also extremely hard to get the bottom out for cleaning.
