Quality is very nice and soft. However, the inside neck hanging loop broke from one end after I hanged it up for less than a week.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the description well. I thought “spa robe” meant terry cloth and cotton. Instead I got polyester fleece. I was very soft and an attractive color. Problem came when I attempted to return it. DO NOT use UPS. I left my return at UPS May 25. As if today, June 16 I still have my money back.
