Excellent bathrobe very well made and exceelent quality. thick and heavy.

Bought this lovely robe as a birthday gift for a relative and she has used it several times and feels very comfortable in it. I am delighted that it was such a well received gift!

shrinks & feels cold

Bought XL for my guy & it barely fits. Plus, he said it felt cold. That’s weird. I’ve put it on coming out of the shower a few times & definitely feels like it doesn’t absorb and yes, it’s freezing. I am a robe addict & have never felt a robe feel so strange. Missed the return window. Goodwill will love it !

I bought 2 sizes in this robe for my bf and me. They shrunk so much the first time I washed them and are no longer wearable. How do I get my $ back?

If you're tall and skinny . . .

At first, when I took the s/m robe from the package and put it on, the sleeves almost covered my hands (I'm 5'3"). After laundering it and drying in the dryer, the sleeves were a better length, but the robe itself barely laps in the front (I am 125 pounds). So I think it's made for a really tall, really skinny person. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't rail-thin. The fabric is nice, but the seams are serged, not super-elegant, in my opinion, for the price. But perhaps I'm being unrealistic in my expectations of a "Hotel Spa" quality robe.

Runs big

The sizing guide was all wrong and it’s way too big. I also can’t return it because we didn’t try out on right away. The Macy’s return policy is not ideal for people that aren’t ravenous about trying on their purchases immediately.

Handsome but revealing

Although it’s a handsome robe the front is does not have enough fabric to stay closed

Strange sizing.

I have to return this robe. I'm a female whose size is XLg (size 16). I'm not sure how to label the L/XL robe I received. The sleeve length was that of a maybe a 3X guy. The robe barley closed around my waist and hips; I would say this robe is for a size 12-14 lady who has arms that hang down to her knees. Quality of robe is impressive; wish it would have fit.

Extremely thick. Cotton was faded. This isn’t a spa robe, which is traditionally much thinner and lays nicely against the skin. Fits small.

Best bathrobe ever for the money

Best bathrobe ever for the money! This was my 2nd one and the first one latest forever. Love how it feels after every wash.

Love these! They do look and feel like the real deal from a spa or more luxurious hotel - you’ll often encounter these waffle patterned robes. These are a more slim fit and they will adjust a little in size after the first time of washing. I’m tall and slim and went with the XL - it sits quite well on me and I’m happy with the length. Do mind the washing instructions for good care since these are worth it!

The robe is very well made and comfortable, I have only one caveat it runs on the small side. I normally wear an extra large and even though it has a large to extra large sizing it runs more to the large.

Bought for my husband and he loves it. The inside is like a towel and also its not too bulky or heavy.
