heavy, bulky robe

With the waffle knit on the outside and the terry-like material on the inside this robe is heavier in weight and bulk than I expected. Good winter robe. There are not washing-drying instructions included on the robe but Penney's site said machine washable. Came out of the wash and dryer fine but I feel the robe shrunk in length about 1 1/2 inches. I am 5 ft 6 in and it hits just at the bottom of my knee. This is the reason for the 4 rating. Feel that it is worth the sale and discount price of $100.00 but not the original price of $200.00.

This is a cosy robe that is generous in size for me. I am 5’6”and hits the knee like the model. The pockets are handy and the sleeves can roll up. This is exactly what I had been looking for!

NOT One size fits all

I bought this for use in my guest bathroom since robes make me hot, no matter what the fabric. it is not one size fits all. the label says 'M/L'... that must be women's size because it's not very big... fit's me fine, but I'm 5'6" 130 pounds. the sleeve barely hits my wrist. I'm keeping it but I would have purchased a 2nd if the description had been true.

Excellent Value

This robe was a gift for my wife and she loves it. It is not to heavy but does a great job of providing drying and comfort as she exits the shower or our hot tub.

Quality Bathrobe - absorbent soft and plush

My fav robe after purchasing 4 different ones. It's plush, absorbent yet airy! Now I won’t take a shower without it.

Robe is a good length and texture. Not a wow, but good feel to the cotton.

Soft and light

Awesome robe. I already owned uchino's waffle twist towels and loved the texture and absorbency, so I thought I'd give this a try. I was not disappointed! Only thing that would make this better is if there were more colors, that way I could match to my towels.

It's magic

I didn't really think I was a post-shower-robe kind of person ... until this robe. Now, I won't step into the water unless this is hanging on the door ready to dive into. It doesn't get weird and damp like other fluffy robes or cling like a silk dressing robe. Seriously a game changer.

The perfect robe

This robe is simply the best! I love how lightweight it is, unlike many terry robes that are so thick and heavy. This robe has a terry side so it absorbs moisture without weighing you down. Need I say more?

So cozy

I love the terry on the inside and the waffle on the outside. I washed it per the care instructions and it held up like a dream. The robe drys very quickly and it's been super cozy for the Minnestoa fall!

Can I wear this all day?

I never want to take this robe off. Seriously! It's thick, cozy, and warm. I also love the mix of textures. The outside is a waffle texture, and the inside is plush terry. I would love to see this in other colors to coordinate with the Uchino waffle twist towels.

So cozy

Feels like a robe straight out of a spa, the material is soft and thick but still dries fast. Great for keeping warm in the winter but I think it will feel nice and light in the summer as well.

I love my new Uchino Robe! The texture is amazing - thick terry on the inside and soft waffle on the outside. The belt is above my waist for perfect closure, and my cell phone fits perfectly in the front pockets!
