Wonderful chairs, exactly as pictured. Comfortable , elegant.

I LOVE these chairs! I have had them for almost two years and they have held up perfectly. They are comfortable and supportive, stylish and well made. My only complaint is the design allows these chairs to be heavier in the back, and as such, they tip over backward easily. My husband solved the problem by installing a heavy metal bar underneath the front side of the chair frame. Now they ARE perfect!
Beautiful, but not really worth the price
I absolutely love these chairs, but I do feel like they are not meant to be sit in all the time to me. They are more decorative chairs than dining chairs. I feel like they’re going to be worn in to easily and for the price I’m not sure if it’s as worth it. But they are beautiful.
Doesnt last long
I’ve had these chairs for about 2 years and wish I didn’t keep them. They are pretty but the quality of the wood is poor, several chairs were very difficult to screw together properly, and a couple legs have snapped! I contacted the manufacturer to send new parts and while they did, the “stain” color did not match the original. Don’t buy these chairs - they aren’t going to last long.
Nice look, but cracks easily
I bought these chairs for my dining room. I've had them for a few years, and didn't use them very often. Me and my husband are the only ones who sit on them, no children. Unfortunately, one of them broke with a huge crack in the wood. I love the look of the chairs, but am very disappointed that one is already broken after minimal usage.
Awkwardly loud and squeaky!
These are the LOUDEST chairs you will ever buy! They are beautiful and have so much potential but squeak extremely loud and sound like it is filled with plastic bags and crinkled gift wrap. These would definitely embarrass any guest that tries to sit in them. So unfortunate!! I wish reviews allowed me to post a sound recording bc it is unbelievable .

I wanted to love these. For the price, they are good. The seats themselves were comfortable. But as other reviews mentioned, they are top heavy, so the slightest tip and they fall. This led to one of mine coming loose. They also appeared much more yellow than expected. Managed to work with a very helpful customer service rep for a return.
Chair is broken after little use and no misuse.
We ordered these chairs 6 months ago. I have probably used them 3 times (at our more formal dining room table). Today I noticed one of the chairs is literally cracking in 3 places at it's seams and joints. It is no longer stable and cannot be used. I attempted to contact overstock but it seems there is no place to actually contact someone in customer service, maybe since it's been 6 months? I think this chair was defective when we received it. None of the other chairs has issues and this chair did not fall or drop.
Pattern not even
My first mistake was ordering 4 chairs, then 2 chairs later to help affordability. Unfortunately, the set of 2 chairs design/ pattern and quality is not acceptable. The stripes don't line up and it creates the feeling they were completed in error. I contacted Overstock, was sent replacements, but I received 2 back seat panels with same issue. Because of this, they do not match the first 2 I received with the desired look. After waiting so long I feel defeated and disappointed. See far left chair in picture for comparison with others ordered previously. .Single photo is of mistaken pattern as well.
**DO NOT BUY**
I ignored all reviews mentioning the chairs tip back. Thought they were exaggerating. Lesson learned. Ordered two. Put one together & returned both next day. The backs of the chairs lean back so far you cannot sit all the way back without bracing for a fall. Even if you lightly graze the back when walking by they tip. Besides faulty design they are poorly made. Held together with lots of glue & loose screws. Screws came loose just in the one day I had the chair together. They don't ever secure tightly. Not sure why anyone would actually keep them "just for looks". They aren't functional at all. Don't be foolish like myself & ignore the reviews. You will be highly disappointed & frustrated you didn't listen, like I am now. They don't deserve even 1 star but required to post review.
