The chair is a great chair overall. However, the control has a missing part.It is the cover plate for the LED lights on the control. It does not hamper the use f the chair, it just looks bad. I really like the chair, but small things like the faceplate kin of takes away from it being a realy great chair.

I would buy it again.

I like the 4 pockets, 2 in front and 1 on each side. It took 3 weeks to get it and there was assembly required.

I've been using my lift chair since the day I received it and it has been absolutely wonderful. I have Parkinson's and getting up and down was a big issue but no longer.

Comfort, funtional, easy to clean a Dvorak with a sciatic back problem can work the heated massage funtion right into the sweet spot. Highly recommended

I would not buy again

Chair is hard not comfortable at all. I am 5'4 and my heals of my feet hung over the edge which made my feet swell up. Went back to my old lift chair which is comfortable.

Don't waste your money

I purchased this chair out of necessity. First off it's made poorly. You feel every piece of wood used to make it, and to the rear of the arm rest is nothing but card board of which my elbow went through as I was pushing myself up in the chair. The back rest is to thin to spend any length of time in this chair. I am returning it!

Getting up is easy

While I wish this chair also rocked (yes I want it all), it is nice to have that boost to get out of the chair. With my bad knees, this chair almost gets me to a standing position, which means I don't have to push up with bad knees. It was very easy to assemble...heck, I did it myself.
