Not Quality Manufacturing or Customer Service
I received a misaligned table from manufacturing and with a few dents and scratches from shipping. The chairs also had areas not painted. Per other reviews, quality and shipping control is an issue. The same goes for their customer service. The first person on the customer service team gave the option for a discount or replacement table. I was leaning towards a replacement table since the $48 was not worth me living with the misaligned table for the next few years. If it was a larger discount then it would make it more palatable. Then someone else steps and they said I needed to contact FedEx about the damage issue, that I was trying to “get them” and needed to “be fair”. And if I don’t accept the discount they offer they will have their quality team review and if deemed not a quality issue I will not get a discount or warranty replacement for the issues. If it is the same quality team that passed the inspection on the table on the first round, it doesn’t leave me with much of a choice. Then for the chairs I was offered a 10% discount, which apparently is NOT, without basic math skills he called 5% on one set and 5% on another set a 10%. So in all the 10% turned out to be a 5% discount on the chairs. It’s a very shady and scammy company - save yourself the headache and don’t purchase the table or chair set.
Terrible packaging
We were dumb enough to assemble the whole thing and then realized one corner of the table top was cracked and split open!
Damaged
It’s a nice table but it came damaged and I didn’t see it till I got the top on.

Beautiful design %26 sturdy craftsmanship! This is the best dinette table I’ve ever had. Easy to follow instructions. Once put all together it is such a eye catcher!!
