Beautiful Office Furniture

We received our beautiful office furniture and it is heavy duty and very, very nice. Delivery went well except for one missing bookshelf but they shipped us a replacement quickly, as soon as we notified them (delivery guys didn’t bring it to our attention so we initially thought they might have just left it on the truck). Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish! Highly recommend!

The worst customer service department ever. After 5 delays in delivery the furniture arrived damaged. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great Quality

I love my new desk, well made and hi quality. The only problem I had was with a bolt not being able to be affixed to the leg. Very well made, real wood nice stain and makes my office look and feel like an office. I highly recommend this one.

Great L shaped executive desk

Love this desk, very professional looking and completed the look for my home office. Giving 4 stars because R&F had to reorder this after it arrived in their shipping center for delivery. Apparently they had duplicate parts come in, said they couldn't do a partial delivery and had to reorder the whole thing which took another 5 weeks… besides that very happy with this desk

Bookcase came broken and was resent to us again

In general, we were happy with the look and feel of the set. However, when it first arrived, there was a major split of the wood in the bookcase. When we rejected delivery, they rescheduled delivery a few weeks later. Instead of sending a new bookcase (which was supposedly in stock), they sent us the same bookcase with a glue job that showed the caulking lines. This was not the new set we expected. We were later offered a very inadequate small token credit (less than 2% of the total set price) and had to live with that. We had the option of returning it again, but we had already waited quite a long time and couldn't sit with an empty space there any longer. Definitely not the customer service that we had hoped for.

The desk had multiple issues

The desk had multiple issues and the craftsmanship is lousy. This is manufactured in Vietnam and looks/feels like it. 1) There were scratches on the interior door that were not caught in the delivery. 2) the keyboard drawers both scraped the top portion of the desk. 3) The stain was inconsistent. Buyer BEWARE! Do not order this desk and make sure you check out the reviews for the online retailer - Coleman Furniture before proceeding. This mistake has cost me time, effort, energy and almost $900 in restocking and freight charges. Never again...

Pretty Desk with questionable build quality

I really like the look of this desk but the build quality of certain elements are pretty poor. In addition to the looks the cable management and power on the surface is great. Example of build issues 1) one of the drawers from the desk came with the laminate coming off on one side 2) on one drawer the three sides of the drawer are not lined up so the hinged front does not close even with the magnets 3) The transition between the two sections should be flush instead of beveled.

The desk was beautiful but

The desk was beautiful but arrived damaged. Having waited months for the delivery, we elected to attempt the repair ourselves instead of returning the damaged item.

I have never worked with Coleman before but was very impressed with all their options. Not only was it easy to select through all the options, but I was impressed with all the different type of options for anything that goes in your house or business. I have enjoyed my process so much that I have already referred them to a neighbor who also purchased a desk set!

These desks are heavy. They’re made of high quality solid wood. I really love the textured matte finish of the table surface and the hardware on the drawers perfectly match the style of the table. . . These came in 2 huge boxes, one on top of each other, weighing more than 100 lbs each, and were fastened securely on 2 heavy wooden pallets. Definitely need two very strong men to unload . . . I would recommend this product.
