Had an issue with the order when it came and had the best customer service with chewy. Perfect hutch for a mini rabbit

Don't waste your time

This Hutch has issues the only one is PEE!!! My husband ordered this & the pan is nowhere near deep enough, we've had to clean up a mess the past 3 days. We tried the pine seller bedding in the Tray (BIG MESS) & plus we bought pee pads to put in the Tray & the Tray still leaks. If they would improve the Tray maybe it would be a nice little hutch. We have ordered something else & I will be so glad when this thing is gone. Chewy is a wonderful company & I highly recommend them, they go above & beyond to make things right. No, I don't recommend this Hutch if you want to be cleaning up a mess everyday. Our baby rabbit even got pee on my curtains.

Leaking

I can home to pee on the floor. Turns out the tray is not deep enough to catch pee. It slides right out of the tray. It was easy to put together though.

So far so good!

Very simple to put together, the roof latches don’t impress me, on the first one I put together the screws fell right out so I had to fix that! It did have a strong smell once opened but it aired out quickly. It’s not huge so if you have bunnies on the larger side I wouldn’t recommend it, mine are only a few months so still growing. It is very cheaply made so we shall see how long it lasts! For now it works perfect for my bunnies

I didn't need it after it arrived, couldn't get refund

it was a lot smaller than I expected a lot smaller it was super easy to put together and very light weight

Poor Quality

Very poor quality. The hutch was unstable, and poorly made. It only lasted me a few months.

Who is this made for

Difficult to put together, piece broke so had to just go without the latch ontop. Not functional at all. All the bedding falls out the side because there is wire all the way to the bottom. A lot smaller than I thought as well. I don’t know what animal this would be appropriate for. It’s way to small for a ferret or rabbit. Hamsters and gerbils could fit through the grates. Literally worst buy. But like pretty I guess

It works but I I don’t recommend

Works fine for outdoors but won’t for inside because urine leaks out the back of the tray. The front cage won’t open when the hay feeder is attached. It’s hard to fit water bottles on the cage in a high enough position for the bunny to be able to drink. the top of the hutch pushes the bottles out and it pulls the front of the cage open a bit. It works for us in our backyard but I would not recommend this product.

Great Hutch

My Morgete Wooden Rabbit Hutch was easy to put together my Rabbit loves his own home I love it also the easy to clean drawer is great no mess thank you.

Disappointed

Think the design is very cute but the quality isn’t great and didn’t align with all the pieces so the doors don’t open like they should and the structure isn’t very sturdy

this is not walmart but a different company and thier customer service is a joke. They will not let you return or give you a refund. Was unopened and undamaged they would nit do a return and refund instead they wanted to give me 10% refund and send the cage to someone else from my address! Do Not Purchase!

I wish I could give zero stars.

It is supper cute shorter than I thought an very cheaply made and it was missing the top arm that holds the top open

Hutch

I'd give this a zero stars if I could. it should state for rabbits. The grate in the bottom is awful. It's made more for rabbits, my guinea pigs can't walk on it. The tray is small and the bedding goes everywhere. It's just not a good setup at all.

It’s a nice cage. I had to zip tie the wire floor down because it would slide out from underneath the rabbit and pop up because there is nothing holding it down. I also wish there was a hay trough was on the other side because it keeps the wire door from opening very good.
