good rug. not bed bath beyond, overstock. mislead
the color is not like the picture, 100x washed out. It is very worn out and has many errors and broken weaves.Unfortunately, I have fallen for a scam. This is not bed bath beyond, it is overstock, who I do not want to do business with.I thought that I would be able to return this is store if I was not happy with it but that is not possible.It's a cute rug for the price and is authentic wool, I tested it.
Great
This rug is very nice for the price. It is low shed compared to some wool rugs I have had. The loops are tight and I'm able to clean it with the vacuum without worrying about unraveling which is a real plus. The black background is actually marbled with grays. The red is more of a berry/rose than a true red- still lovely. I really like this rug. The motifs and the colors lend to many styles and it looks great in my reading room. Plus it hides black dog hair.
Disappointed
Since it is a natural fibers rug, it sheds. I have not been able to get it to stop doing that no matter how many times I’ve vacuumed it. Second issue, what appears to be sand is constantly coming out of it. Everywhere. Tried to vacuum it all out and it doesn’t make a difference, actually has only gotten worse. I would’ve exchanged it but assumed both these issues would stop after some use but no. And now I’m outside of the return window. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind having to clean up the mess it leaves daily.
It's BLUE.
Although the description says "black/rust", there is not a single black thread. It's navy or even paler blue. Also the rust is not rust, but pale orange. Overall it doesn't have the contrast look like on the photos. It's more messy washed out look. Quality is impeccable though. It's a great rug if you don't need it to fit the other (black/rusty) decor.
Favorite Rug - the missing piece!
Love this rug. Colors are so vivid in person. Thought it might be too busy/overwhelming but it perfectly pulls together the neutral furniture & colorful art prints etc., of the dining room, which is still being finished. Excellent quality. Thick and substantial. Soft under foot. Providing a few different pictures, including by the white and black dining furniture plus up close so details are visible.
Nice but darker
This rug is mostly true to color. It was darker to me than expected. The burnt orange looked more red and simply did not match the wall color of my entry way. Quality was good and no problem with shedding. I gifted it to someone who loved it and purchased another one for the entry.

I really like the appearance and feel of this wool rug. I've had it just over a year now and little plugs of wool are popping out of the rug backing. I'm worried that pretty soon, the rug will look funny and not be very attractive. I hope someone will tell me how to stop this deterioration from happening.
I love this carpet but am very concerned the musty smell that has filled my entire living space (open concept), will not go away. it has been 5 days now. I have vacuumed and even tried backing soda on it for overnight and vacuumed it off. The smell is terrible... like an old wool coat was left in a plastic back to go moldy! I am not convinced that I can keep it... I will give it a few more days or maybe Wayfair will have some ideas.

This rug is amazing. Super thick. Excellent quality. Beautiful colors. It says grey in the listing but it isn't overwhelming. So far it's shedding a bit, but I think a vacuum will help with that issue. No smell upon opening. I got the 12x15 and I couldn't be more thrilled. It looks more expensive than it was! Super pleased.
Beautiful colorful rug! I’ve had this rug about 5 months now, and is simply gorgeous. I will warn that this is wool, and most rugs I’ve had are heavy shedders in the beginning. I read that it takes up to six months for the shedding to stop sometimes. Mine still sheds a bit. I also think the rug is worth the extra cleaning. It’s gorgeous and will last for years. So many beautiful shades to pull from, and coordinate with. I’ve been redecorating my room around it.I wouldn’t buy 2 at the same time for fear of damaging my vacuum. But I will another one for the living room once there no hint of any more shedding.
