Returned have not received a refund

The material is not very soft or luxurious, it’s very thin. They sent me the wrong color twice saying that my brown pillow was muted yellow. Terrible customer service

Love these pillows, however, the soft velvet material is only on one side! The other side is just a solid color material that is not very thick at all. I am not sure if it will hold up to two dogs and nieces and nephews. This is the reason for knocking off a start, otherwise, they are nice pillows and the color is pretty. Just fyi - I got the orangered and it is not very bright as shown in photos. Worked out for me because I love the color as is and I can leave them out for Thanksgiving as well!
