seller is sending used products

Seller has sent me a used & open box where as I was expecting it to be new . Did not like it when some sends you used product & u pay for brand new . Will return it .

It’s a good product, I would give 4.5* but one of the spouts didn’t have a cover. I used one for my olive oil, the other vinegar(no cover) it evaporates.

Tall and Slender

I like the two bottles' slender feature and large capacity, but they need a heavier glass construction with a non-slip surface.

Adequate. Nothing special. Apparently, I didn’t get all 8 pieces. The box was a crumpled mess.

Very poor packaging and bottles came broken. I have called Macy’s multiple times and they basically said this is 3rd party vendor product, so all they can do is send a message to the vendor to resend. They also declined to give me refund. Very poor packaging on the part of vendor and very poor service from Macy’s . Do not buy this product.

Nice set!

Like the s eat that gives me options to color code my oils! The stopper with the flap works fine but I just prefer the normal top.. glass is thick and good color.
