The rugs are amazing and everyone that has seen them love them. The only thing is I bought the underneath pads and these rugs do not need them. I need to get them back to the Wayfair if you could help me with that thank you.

I thought I would love this rug, but I hate it! I bought it in Sept and had it sitting while my family room was being remodeled. I just unrolled it tonight and the color is muted plus there are brownish marks all over it that look like a small animal had an accident and someone stepped in it! The rug looks depressing. I DO MOT RECOMMEND!

Impressive Quality

The quality of how this rug is made is great! It’s thick and has a beautiful backing. The wool weave is amazing. I choose the Blue rug but unfortunately the color is not vibrant like the picture shows. I wish the colors were brighter, the lighter blue is like a dirty looking faded baby blue that just is not appealing to me. Even in the picture I’m including it looks great, I wish it looked that way but in person it’s a very different color. Odd.

I was expecting a more vibrant blue to play off our black and white kitchen floor so was disappointed to discover it’s primarily a light blue-grey with some secondary lavender and navy mixed in. Keeping for now because the quality is nice—a thick wool that feels nice to walk on — and because it makes a big difference on our otherwise cold kitchen floor. (Note: I also bought a nonslip pad, which keeps it in place really well.) It does shed, but I’m hoping this is just a natural, new-rug phenomenon. We’ve only had it for 4 days. 3.5 stars

2nd review of item-Customer service

We ordered a 8x10 size in the navy combination. It came wrapped in plastic that my husband had to cut apart to get the rug out. We moved the furniture and laid it down. It looked very nice. However, as we looked closer I saw a white spot. I looked even closer, it wasn’t a white spot it was a spot where there was missing wool loops.We started to check the whole rug. It had 12 little areas missing spots. I texted customer care a little after 9 a.m. the next morning. It said due to the virus it would be over 4 hours until they’d get back. Yes, it was after 2 until someone texted back. I told them the story, sent photos of the areas and they said I could get a refund or replacement. I said refund because I wasn’t sure what I would be getting again. They said I would have to go buy plastic to wrap it up, bring it to a UPS store and send it . I told the person we are in NY, upstate.There are no UPS stores where we live and I have no plastic . They said to go buy it and they’d refund it. I said we do social distancing , stores are closed, we are high risk individuals and where would we find plastic to wrap a 8x 10 rug anyway. We finally said what kind of Refund can you give if we keep it. They gave 20 percent. This all took over 45 minutes because the person was obviously texting other people at the same time. It was very frustrating and disappointing. We now have a rug with holes in it and we have no idea if the wool loops surrounding the holes with loosen. We should have listened to our son and bought from ....... whose customer service is outstanding. This was our first time ordering from Overstock and our last. Instead of saying customer care on their site it should say customer, I really don’t care. However, a few days later I requested a manager to call us. He did and it was a Sunday evening! He was very professional and took care of everything. We received a new rug and laid it down today. It’s perfect. Thank you ! We will order from Overstock again and so should you.
