Hard to Detect

I bought 4 candles, 3 as Xmas gifts. The description of this appealed and it was the one I wasn’t sure others would like, so I chose this one for myself. How disappointing that I could not smell it right out of the box! There was barely a discernible difference once lit! Also quite unsatisfactory was that the flame almost drowned in the wax, likely due to a very shortbwick. I am hoping that I get good feedback on the three gift candles, as these are expensive! Based on other reviews, I must have gotten a dud.

Costs have been cut on this item

The price recently increased, which I was willing to accept, yet the new glass container is noticeably smaller and now looks less elegant than it used to. I compared it to the old containers I've saved and there is no denying the new one is smaller. I can only hope the candle smells and burns the same when lit. Between this and the recent change to the Champagne hand soap I am really disappointed in the declining quality at Lafco.

Stunning vessel and scent!

So I bought all both this size and the signature when this launched because the description and notes sounded perfect to me. It's such an elegant fragrance and not overpowering at all. The glass vessels are of course gorgeous and this large format makes such an impact. Yes it's pricey, but the value per ounce is actually better than the smaller candles. This has wonderful throw and fills the room with fragrance. Highly recommend!

Luxurious

If you love all things luxury, then this candle is a must. From from the packaging, to the beautiful jar and the potent fragrance, LAFCO candles are definitely worth experiencing. For starters, just unboxing the candle from the beautiful box it comes in is an experience. Secondly, it comes in a beautiful neutral jar that looks so elegant in my living room. What I love the most about this candle is the perfect blend of spice and fruity notes. I also love that this scent can be burned all year round and adds a luxurious and cozy feeling regardless of the season. The fragrance is so potent and vibrant that I only need to burn this for a small amount of time and my entire living room fills up with the scent. Even my husband said he enjoys this scent over my other seasonal candles. A huge plus is that the candle is considered clean since its made from soy wax and cotton wicks. I feel this candle will make a wonderful gift for housewarming, mother’s day, birthdays, etc. I can’t wait to add more to my collection! Gifted by LAFCO New York.

Such an amazing scent!

This is the most potent candle I have ever smelled! Just from opening the box that it comes in, you can immediately smell the luscious aroma of fig from feet away. Once lit, I could easily smell it from every inch of my living room.

Beautifully Scented

I received complimentary from LAFCO New York. The presentation of this candle celebrating LAFCO New York 30 year anniversary is absolutely gorgeous. Paradiso Fig is deliciously scented candle made of Sicilian bergamot, Paradiso Fig and ripe peach hand pore soy wax, it’s smells heavenly. The candle burns evenly and the aroma fills my home with absolute joy! The glass jar is made of hand blown glass that is so beautiful and matches my aesthetics. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautifully crafted candle.
