There isn't anything I don't like about Green Pan. So easy to clean and the cookies baked so evenly.

Used it for a back of baby back ribs. Just don't use a knife on them, it will leave a scratch.

I love making nachos while watching college/pro football games. Years ago, I had a ceramic coated terra-cotta nacho platter made in Mexico that finally broke and I've been looking for something similar (or even better) ever since. This ceramic cookie sheet is it! Nothing sticks to its surface -- not even burnt cheese -- and its cast-iron core has the added benefit of holding heat long after it's removed from the oven.

Terrible customer service

Beware - it does not fit in a normal sized oven and the returns process has been a nightmare.

Veel te groot

Hele mooi plaat, lijkt ook zeer kwaliteitsvol maar is jammergenoeg veel te groot voor mijn oven. Niet logisch dat de afmetingen niet duidelijk vermeld staan als het product zoveel afwijkt van de standaard afmetingen.

Non stick pan

I was tired of wasting money on cooking sprays and having to scrape of the burn cookie so I decided to invest into a better cooking sheet and I'm glad I did, so does my wife. The cookies sides right off the sheet with or without the cooking spray and washing it was awesome, no scraping just washing and let dry.

Pans suddenly and violently warp when heated

I bought four of these pans in large and small sizes and they all suddenly and violently warp when heated. While they do return to flat when they cool, the significant and sudden warping causes my bakes to crack, deflate and suffer other damage. Customer Services tells me this is "normal" and they will not provide a refund even though the product specifications talk about the stability and strength of the product. Very, very disappointed.

Love this cookie sheet so much! It’s non toxic and bakes on well.

Nice pan

Nice colors good quality for the price. The nonstick works well. I have only used a few times so we will see how it holds up.

Ceramic sheet pan

This is a wonderful sheet pan. It is very slick so nothing sticks. The pan weighted little more than what I anticipated.

this is the best cookie sheet pan I have ever had. I really do recomend it.

Kept it but I don't really like it.....I needed a new sheet pan and it came the day I needed to bake with it so I kept it anyway but you can't use olive oil on it.....I use that alot so it's something I have to remember not to use.....plus there was no explanation as to why I shouldn't use it on this pan.....it weighs a ton also.....in a way I'm sorry I kept it...
