Enjoying it

We have only used this a couple of times so far since getting it, but it has been great. We haven't made waffles in years because I didn't want to use traditional waffle irons. I feel so much better using this and we even used it seal wraps too. We're very happy with our purchase!

Just perfect!

I had been looking for a company to make a traditional waffle iron in ceramic nonstick for years, and I have Greenpan cookware that I love, so I was excited to try this waffle iron. I expected a period of trial and error before getting it right. My first waffle was nice, but thin, so I intentionally overfilled the iron the next time, knowing that the wide moat would catch the spillover. The waffle was beautiful, and after one bite, I was literally exclaiming out loud over how delicious it was! Although the waffle iron offers lots of flexibility in settings, for shade and crunch, it was simple to understand and use, and the descriptions must be accurate, because my first guess came out just how I wanted it! I have never had a better waffle in my long life, and I am a lifelong waffle lover!

AVOID THIS PRODUCT - DEFECTIVE HEATING ELEMENT

I bought this 2 months ago specifically for the Belgian Waffle feature. The top heating element was defective on the unit I received. I had it on the waffle setting, lightest shade of brown and set at 4 minutes. Waffles on top were burnt onto the plate and had to be soaked off. I notified Customer Service and they told me to use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to get carbonized oil off the plate and try again using individual top & bottom heat settings at 400 degrees. I followed their instructions, used only 375 degrees, generously greased both plates plus overfilled to make sure there was more than enough waffle batter and waited for 4 minutes. We had the same result happen again so the machine is worthless to us now. Also, it doesn't really make true Belgian Waffles, they are just not thick enough. I emailed Customer Service again and was informed they can only give us store credit if we don't want another unit sent out and this is what we chose to do. They were very nice but you would think they'd like return business on their pricy electronic items and their policy of not refunding known defective equipment will stop us from any future purchases.

Excellent waffles every time.

Awesome! Green pan hits all the marks with this one. Bought this because we were planning to host a bday party and provide chicken and waffles. I wished for the waffles to be hot, fresh, and made to order. I made 30 waffles - not one of them stuck to the plates, was over or undercooked.

Waffles, yummm!

Makes great waffles, easy to clean and store. The unit is truly non-stick, and waffles are delicious. We have a need for gluten free waffles, and we have been using a gluten free mix from Sprouts. We will try the recipe that came with the unit by substituting a gluten free flower.

Buyer be aware! If you`re unsure of this product or want to try it out, don`t buy it you`ll not get the money back! I got mine, tried the waffle, and was very disappointed with how unevenly the two sides cooked. They can give you store credit, no refunds because you used it.

Love it!

Love the many uses of this machine! Does not take up a lot space, and cleans easily. Comfort in knowing there are no toxins.

4 slot waffle maker is a hit!

I made waffles the day after I received this waffle maker. My family now wants waffles every day. Waffles are delicious and machine is so easy to operate. Waffle maker is gorgeous also

Just what you need in your kitchen!

This is an amazing multi use piece of equipment I wanted in my kitchen, and I’m so happy with my purchase. I replaced our old waffle iron and griddle for this, and I got a panini press with it! It works so well in every way! I did not have the issue of another reviewer saying it was “so nonstick” that the items slipped out. You just need to bring the lid down properly over the top.

Excellent Multi pan, we used it to make "wegglettes" a scrambled egg waffle frittata hybrid and they turned out delicious.

A Great Waffle Maker Until it Isn't

It's hard to find a good waffle maker that has precise controls as well as removable plates, and this fit that description until the "Non-Stick" plates became "Everything-Sticks" plates over the course of 7 months.

Easy to clean!

I love how this griddle is so easy to clean up! I’ve never had a griddle this good. I hope to purchase more items in the future! Well worth the money!!

Definitely an elite grill

This product is great! We love the different plate attachments. I can make waffles and after make eggs and pancakes at the same time. The waffle timer is great! First time using at level 4, and the waffles came out nice and fluffy! I will play around with the other levels to see how the waffles change. This purchase was worth it with all that you can do with it!

The item is broken it worked for a week

Worked only for the first week so disappointed in this product for the price it is junk or I got a defective product
