Box Grater taken to the next level - handy and well designed

Great little refresh to my old box grater. Compact design. Non slip base works well. Sharp cutting edges. Love the pull out zester - very useful for finishing touches or zesting straight into a pot. Detachable storage box with lid is a clever add on but not used for grating yet - can be used as another storage container (with handy volume measurements marked on its side) on its own as well.

I bought this as a gift and my Mum loves it. The container and zester attachments are great so that everything is all in one.

I have been looking for

I have been looking for this for a long time. It makes home cooked meals much easier to prepare ahead of time.

Not cheap for a grater by any means, however product looks well made and packaged, of high quality. Oxo is a trusted brand.

Cracks if put in dishwasher, no warning anywhere

Put this in the dishwasher and the plastic has cracked in 2 places. Should be a prominent warning somewhere about this. Waste of money.

Great Grater

I generally dislike box graters because I often chip my thumb nail - or my thumb! That said, this is a really good one. It’s sturdy, the box on the bottom is handy and the zester is an added bonus. GO OXO!

safer to use than old fashioned cut box grater

Cheese is cut more quickly and with less threat to hand due to single direction slices. Compact design with removable zester and collection and storage for grated cheese makes this a pleasure to use.

Great product for the value

Great product- the mice planer is a nice addition tot he product. And I appreciate that the bin comes with a lid for food storage

Love how it comes apart so that you can get more precise with it. Also comes with a little container, this I was not expecting but a superb addition.
