This pan-wear set from Nova Influenster has been such a great set to add to my new home! We recently moved states so this arrived just in time to pack it for our new home! Its the most beautiful color in the shade OCEAN and is a 3pc set with two pans and ome shareable lid. The quality is also outstanding amd just the look of the pan wear itself is luxurious and stunning! It’s almost like the paint isn’t so much paint as they look like they have been powder dipped or something! Such a nice quality coating with the combination of it also being a GREENPAN! Yes! That’s the most shockingly thing about this set! I love the GREENPAN brand and have had a few in the past. Not the aestheticlly pleasing ones like the NOVA set I received! I have cooked everything from eggs to chicken breast and everything else between! Super great quality with non stick of course and chrome finish on the handles of pans and the lid. Beautiful and very versatile set! I highly recommend! And I think they also have other color options in this collection!

Perfect set of pans that are so versatile in the kitchen. From the pictures you can see from using no oil I made eggs with minimal sticking on the pan. I’ve used the more shallow much more and it’s still in great shape. I made chicken nuggets and burgers and everything cooked evenly. Also, these pans are so aesthetic and I’m happy every time I cook with them.

Overall, these pans are fairly good for your run of the mill non stick pan. They are very easy to clean and generally pretty durable. I’ll be curious to see how they hold up over time but so far I’ve enjoyed them. I’m use to cooking with a very hot heat with my pans as I typically use stainless steel but the Green pans require a medium to low heat. In general, good for frying eggs but not useful in searing steak.
