disappointed

I bought this pan and have had it 6 months and have used it infrequently. Today while handwashing it as I always do I noticed several areas on the interior finish chipped\. At first I presumed I missed a spot of food but sadly no the surface is definitely chipped in several areas. I only use plastic and wood utensils . I am very carful with all my cooking utensils and treat them gently. I am very disappointed in the durability of this product

Great value

I changed to an induction cooktop range and have been having fun converting my cookware to induction ready pieces. Mostly use stainless steel and the gold-standard French brand for cast iron pieces for the past 30+ years. I usually only put dishware. glasses and cutlery in my dishwasher, always hand wash my pots and pans. I've been using GreenPan ceramic fry pans for about a decade for easy eggs and fast clean up; these 2 little pans work perfectly for me on my new induction range. Usually my ceramic 8" GreenPan (the size I use most often) last about 4-5 years, before I need to change to a new one - I don't expect these to be different. Oven safe to 600ºF, very happy to have these to pop under the broiler.

Healthy non stick- finally, a ceramic coating not teflon that will chip off and you end up eating it. These pans heat up really fast, evenly, and no need to heat higher than med. This is the perfect pan for eggs!!! Clean up is easy, just wipe them out with a soft rag. Do not use anything other than silicone tools. The handle does not get hot!!!
