This skillet was decent. It was definitely non-stick. I made eggs with it and they slid right off, which is great. It's a nice sized skillet and looks very pretty too. I do have a couple of things I dislike/which were different, though. First, because the handles are metal they get quite hot while cooking. This is especially true for the smaller handle. It would be nice if they had a silicone/ribberized grip to help not hold that heat as much. Second, I wish the lip of the pan curved in a little bit rather than curved out. Because it curves out, it makes it hard to scoop things against the sides with a spoon without it falling over the edge. Lastly, and this is very minor, I wish it were just a little deeper. It is a skillet though, so it's not really unexpected. Besides these three minor issues the pan was not bad at all. It will definitely be used time and time again. If I hadn't received this to review, though, it is likely not something I'd have gone out to purchase myself specifically.

Wow! I am amazed at the quality and looks of this pan. They call this pan "duoforged." this process makes them very durable, which you can tell by the quality of the pan. The gold tone handle really makes these pans look rich and elegant, I love how they look in my kitchen. These pans are non-stick also. The finish sparkles due to the diamond finish, which I thought was not only pretty but it really showed in its durability and non-stick finish. I noticed its non-stick abilities most when cooking a fried egg. My egg freely just slides around in the pan. All I had to do was tilt the pan to put it on a plate, and it slid right out. Both the pan and the lid are oven safe. I still had bo problems with any stray sauce burning to the side. It truly is non-stick. Cleaning the pan was fast and easy. A little soap and a soft sponge cleaned the pan very quickly. Because nothing stuck to the pan, it didn't involve soaking or scrubbing. I have to say, out of all of my pans, this one is my favorite and the highest quality pan I have ever owned, and I definitely recommend trying it out.

The Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 12” Frypan from GreenPan is my new favorite pan to cook with. First of all the blush color with the gold accents is stunning. With this pan being 12” you can cook just about anything in it. I've used it for everything from eggs to stir-fry. This is the perfect pan if you are cooking for a large family. I like the clear lid because you can see your food while it's cooking. This pan cooks everything so evenly and makes my food taste and look good. Healthy cooking is my passion so I love that the non-stick ceramic coating is PFAS and lead-free. Everything I've cooked in this pan has slid right out and it's so easy to clean. I just wipe mine out with a paper towel and water. This pan is very durable and I plan to continue to use it for years to come. It's so pretty that now I want the entire set!

This was my first time using a Greenpan. I was super impressed with the pan overall. I love the yellow color and the gold hardware. This pan needs a little more maintenance than other pans I have had. I followed all the recommendations for low heat, using oil and using silicone utensils. I want this pan to last as long as possible. I would love if this pan was induction because I have some induction burners but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I love the large span of the pan. I can fit everything in at once. I also love that it comes with a lid. Deeper sauté pans usually come with a lid but not frying pans. The pan is heavy and well made. I haven’t tried it in the oven yet because I’m concerned that if high heat from the stove top can ruin the pan, how can it go in a scorching oven? Overall it’s a great pan for everyday use. I would recommend.

Influenster sent me this GreenPan to try for free in exchange for my honest review. I LOVE this pan! It’s easy to use and easy to clean! With a little oil of your choice, NO NON-STICK SPRAYS, everything just sides right out! And not even the Sloppy Joe sauce could stain the inner coating! It says that the pan is dishwasher safe, but I NEVER put mine in the dishwasher! A little soapy warm water and a washcloth is all you need! You can cook SO many different things in this one pan! It’s made from anondized aluminum, so you know it’s going to last! It says it is scratch resistant, and I had NO issues with this at all! I only use plastic utensils in my pans, so that also helps prevent scratches! It’s in quite a cheerful Sunrise color, and the gold handles on the lid and the pan are chef’s kiss! The handles don’t get hot when on the stove, except for maybe down closer to the base of the pan. I didn’t have to use a pot holder to transfer my hamburger meat, but I would definitely use one if you’re going to put this baby in the oven! And yes you can use it in the oven!!! The pan is good up to 600 F and the lid is good up to 425 F. I love the size of this pan as well! The 12 inch diameter makes it perfect for searing meats, cooking sauces, making gravies, or baking some biscuits in the oven! It’s just that versatile! The price of this ONE pan ($100.00) would normally kind of make me shy away from purchasing it; but after using it, I totally understand the price point! I would absolutely buy more from this brand on my own!

I received the Green Pan Reserve Collection Ceramic Nonstick 12" Frypan with Lid in Sunrise complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. First off, I love the light yellow color with the gold handles. This is an aesthetically pleasing pan that adds some personality to my kitchen. The size of this frypan is perfect for making all kinds of meals, and the pan itself is lightweight for the size, a huge plus. Unfortunately, I did feel like this pan heated a little unevenly on my gas stove (heat stayed in the center) and took a bit longer to heat up than my stainless steel pans. I coated my pan in oil as instructed and the nonstick claim was true, making for easy clean up. I do have a bit of an issue with the marketing label of this pan. On the outside label, it states that this is tough and scratch resistance as well as dishwasher safe. However, a sticker attached to the pan tells you to wash by hand. While I understand that this is always the best care in taking care of cookware, it seemed a little contradictory and should probably have the care instructions of the inside label be what is listed on the outer label, which is readable in stores. The glass lid is a nice addition and I like that this is oven safe as well. I think this is a pretty good pan, I just need to adjust my cooking times and wait for this to thoroughly heat up.

1. It’s absolutely beautiful. I love the warm yellow with a light and radiant white center and gold handle. It’s luxurious looking and elevates your kitchen aesthetic. 2. More importantly: the user instructions are super conflicting from the website, to the physical packaging to the “quick tips” on a removable sticker in the pan. “Safe to 600 degrees, but best used on low heat?” “Hand wash pan, but dishwasher safe?” The inconsistencies make me hesitant to use the pan on higher heat and to wash in the dishwasher, even those were some of the most appealing advertisements for this pan! 3. I do like that the pan is “green.” I wish more organizations would have the consumer at heart when developing their products and I do believe that at least this company is trying to do so!

The frying pan pleasantly surprised me from the moment of delivery. the packaging was amazing. everything was tightly in the box, there was very nice paper around it that protected the frying pan from damage, the frying pan was in thick cardboard with the company name, the lid of the frying pan was very tightly secured, it was pleasant to open it, it felt like I had bought myself an expensive phone. The frying pan is not very heavy, it is pleasant to hold it with one hand, it is also very convenient that on the back of the frying pan it is indicated on which stoves it can be used. Of course, it was difficult to resist using it right away. I decided to cook a steak. When you cook a steak, you immediately understand the quality of the pan. green pan did a great job. Heats up quickly and holds the temperature well. the steak didn't burn on the pan. green pan made a very high quality frying pan. I will use it constantly. this is a very good and high quality item.

Greenpan's 12 inch ceramic frypan is very very attractive and the gold tone handle and color on the bottom, the white ceramic inside makes it totally premium and this is a great value and quality for the money. The lid is made up of thick glass and together with the pan , it is impressive. The frying pan functions very well and exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of use, maintenance and cooking my recipes to the perfect finish and taste. Food doesn't stick inside or edges so It takes like a breeze to wash, dry and store. Do not use abrasive material of any type on these non-sticks , I love to use luke-warm water with dish soap and hand wash and soft dry. Recommend to follow instruction sticker found on the pan, store it for future reference and use the pan as recommended to get better and fruitful results. This is an absolute must for each house-hold in my view and goes as great gift too on house-warming ceremonies and so on.
