Story pans, weight feels very solid, handles stay cool

After 2 months of light use eggs stick like crazy

We bought the GP5 set and have used it very lightly over the last 2 months. Today I attempted to make an omlette. Started on low heat and added the oil and eggs when pan was just slightly warm. Continued cooking on low heat and the eggs were welded to the pan surface. Soaked the pan in soapy water for 8 hours and I still can't get it off. It is as if the coating wasn't there at all.

Quality and safe. I love that I don’t have to worry about dangerous chemicals from other nonstick pans. This pan is ceramic and is a safe and healthy nonstick.

Awesome pans

These pans are awesome. I bought mine many years ago, I think from QVC. Maybe when they first came out. I can't say enough about these pan. Don't need high heat to cook and cleanup is a breeze. I cook so much in them as you can put them in the oven, not just for stove top. Thankyou so much for such awesome and long lasting pans.

Nice Pans

We bought these pans after scratches started appearing on our old ones. We decided to try some ceramic coated pans. The stainless steel pans look really nice and feel heavier and more substantial than the old aluminum pans. They are easy to clean and fry very well. Beautiful and functional set

Best Non-Stick Pan!

The quality of the pan is of high standard. Easy to cook with and easy to clean. Please expand this category with more options, like a Wok and other pans.

Finally, a healthy non-stick!

We've only had these for a couple of weeks, and so far, we like them and love having a healthy non-stick option. The reasons/cons for the 4-star rating:

Too heavy and a hassle to return :-/

Really heavy. Not user friendly. Now to return…which I have to pay for…Should’ve just stuck with buying from Amazon. Ugh

High quality pan and worth the price

Excellent quality pan. The cooking area is heavy enough to distribute heat without hot spots and the ceramic coating is flawless. It really does cook well at temperatures lower than I am used to. Now we will see how durable the coating is.

Great upgrade

So far I love my new green pans. I want to upgrade all my pans to non-toxic, but need to have them non-stick since I am a busy working mom with two kids. I had Caraway, but in less than a year their non-stick wasnt working. I am sure I cooked with them on too high of heat. The other reviews say that these are more durable, so I am hoping they last longer. If so, I will buy a full set! The weight and non-stick and first impression of these is pretty phenomenal. The eggs really do slide around and come right off the pan. I'll try my best to take better care of these!

Non Toxic, Non Stick Dream Pan

Pleasantly Surprised!

Best non stick cookware on the market

Our first set of Green Pan cookware (the pans we use the most) are wearing out mostly due to us not taking care of them as well as we should. We’ve had them for more than 8 years. Having owned allot of different brands of non stick these Green Pan are by far the best. Durable, safe, nice feel in hand, excellent non stick surface. We’re now just purchased 3 more skillets in the GP5 iteration and i can see all the engineering improvements. I expect these pans will last even longer than our first set. As long as Green Pan keeps innovating and improving and doesn’t let their success ultimately end up in poorer quality products secondary to wanting increased profits (something that happens all the time in this day and age) we are customers for life.

Excellent product, pans feel very sturdy and well made. The champagne handles give them an extra touch of elegance. And the ceramic pans are amazing for cooking. Absolutely recommend.

Outstanding Cookwear

After much research I purchased the frying pans to replace my teflon ones. I was skeptical at first that food would stick more so I was amazed at the results when i scrambled eggs. I followed instructions as to warming the pan before cooking and the eggs turned out perfect with very little that clung to pan. Cleanup was a breeze. Not only do they perform as described they are very pretty and weight is perfect. A truly great pan!
