I’m received this product from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I am a serious cook, so I was so excited to try this product. So I used right on the day I received these. First - color is so classy and gold handles are beautiful. And I love this white ceramic interior that looks clean than other non-stick teflon surfaces. I used for fish cake which is dipped in egg wash, and it has even heat distribution and amazingly smooth that slides foods to here and there so easily. Nothing sticks especially this egg item is great to test nonstick pan. If you control the heat properly, it doesn’t burn your food and nonstick would last long. Previous experience of Greenpan was it’s great first couple of months maybe upto an year at the most but this one seems higher quality than I had and seems durable. Hopefully this nonstick will last long and I didn’t even use the soap for washing. I just rinsed in water and everything just comes out so easy, I just wiped it with paper towel at the end. Cleaning was such a breeze. I tried size 10” and can’t wait to use other sizes. Thank you so much Influenster!! I’m in love with these pans

Poor customer service related to a scratched pan

I was looking for healthy nonstick pans in 8, 10 and 12 inch. I bought this set in black and it is nice looking. I was excited to have found them. I used the 8 inch and 10 inch the day I received them & was happy with them. I then washed the 12 inch & noticed a small scratch. I contacted William Sonoma the same day they arrived and was told they opened a case with Green Pan and would hear back within 5 days. It is now 7 days and I called William Sonoma today and was told I have to ship back the pans in order to receive a new set because there aren't any in the stores. My issue is that upon receipt of the new pans, I disposed of my old ones so if I ship the whole set back I will be panless. The customer service rep but in a request but it will be another 7-10 days for me to get a call back. I only need a replacement for the 12 inch. I also feel that I have been inconvenienced by calling twice and still don't have a resolution. I thought this store sold quality goods & had good customer service but unfortunately this has not been a positive experience for me.
