Beautiful tree. Some work to spread and form the branches which is typical of a new artificial tree. Looks full and has good lighting.

This tree is amazing and even better, I got it on sale! It was super easy to put together and it looks great. 10/10 would highly recommend

I love the tree, it takes about e hours to get it all set up but, it is beautiful.

We LOVE this tree! It is really full and looks so natural. It did take 2 of us 2 hours to really fluff it well but it was worth it.

Very pretty once fluffed out. The very top I felt could have been a little more sturdier though. Plenty of lights but I was surprised they weren't attached to the branches like I've seen other trees Overall I like it very much .

This tree is not like shown in the picture. It looks more like a Charlie Brown tree and that is why we returned it.

I really needed a new pre-lit tree. This one weighs less than the old one I'm replacing. It definitely doesn't look like the picture posted online. It's not very full. There are lots of holes/gaps where branches should go, but can't reach without causing more of the same. It's not very bright at all. I know how to fluff a tree properly. I've the cuts on my hands and arms to prove it. Only time will tell regarding how long the lights will actually last on this one. The one plus is that this tree is lighter in weight than my old one. As a long time consumer of the Fiber Optic Fireworks trees with star and ornaments, I certainly expected better quality than this from National Tree Company. The instructions included weren't even printed in English. This was such a disappointment. As long as I've happily shopped online at Wayfair, I've never purchased anything I've not been very pleased with.

Great size but not as “full” as I would have liked.

This tree is just beautiful! While it took a good bit of fluffing, it is truly one of the most beautiful artificial trees I have owned. The only drawback for me is that I prefer more lights on a tree than what came with this 7.5 ft pre-lit tree (only 600 lights I added about 340 more lights for greater coverage).

Beautiful tree, this is a MUST buy!

We bought the tree during Wayfair days and didn’t open the box until we were ready to put it up Dec.1. And boy were we disappointed when most of the lights didn’t work. We only have lights on the bottom section. And apparently, I can’t return the item because it’s past 30 days. It’s not nearly as full as the picture. I still have to fluff out some branches but for the money I expected a nicer product.

This tree does take a bit of time to fluff to fill the holes, but its well worth it. Very full tree as I wanted, 9 feet as expected. Beautiful tree and a great investment.

There are thousands of reviews for this product. Unfortunately you should listen to the exorbitant amount of poor reviews. The tree was delivered and does not work. A portion of the lights does not light up. Given that there are numerous complaints about this issue we thought that perhaps Birch Lane had communicated with the manufacturer and amended these issues. That is not the case and now we have a new tree that does not work as we had hoped. Very disappointing.
