This is a gorgeous chair and so comfortable. I was concerned, for the price point, that it was going to be kind of small. Not so. My husband and I both love it. Also, it comes assembled, which is nice. The box arrived open and like it had gone a few rounds but, inside, the chair was wrapped in a middle-weight foam and it was unscathed -- both cosmetically and structurally (as far as we can tell). I wish they had more fabric samples available, but we lucked out with the color we picked from online.

DIMESIONS

The seat cushion for this chair measures just under 17" in the front. The chair design allows the cushion to slant lower than that in the back. While that height may be comfortable for average height individuals, is it somewhat lower than standard for taller adults. It is especially problematic for older adults and individuals experiencing back issues. Customer service was very accommodating in offering me a 65% reduction in the cost of the chair in order to keep it and not return it. My recommendation was to modify the online description of the chair to fully disclose that it is a lower-height/sitting chair.

This is a beautiful and well-made chair. We purchased the chair in the Flanigan Slate color which is a lovely modern, muted and neutral brown-gray color, depending on the lighting. I am 5’2” and my husband is 6’2”. The back of the chair has a low profile and is excellent for conversation, meditating or reading, as long as you are sitting upright. However, if you want to lean back and relax your head, the back of the chair is too low to comfortably support your head unless a pillow is propped against a wall to provide support.

I was apprehensive about ordering this after reading a couple of negative reviews but all the specs fit what we were looking for so I decided to purchase and I’m glad that I did. The chair was packed immaculately and there were no problems at all with the delivery. In my mind it looks at least as good, if not better than the photos on line and the quality of the leather and construction looks very good. We bought it as a comfortable movie watching chair and as a seat in a conversation pit with a sectional sofa. It serves both functions perfectly.

I can't speak to longevity as I just got them but they appear well made and are quit comfortable. I am 5'3" and my husband id 5'8". They are perfect for us. The color we purchased is Mellow Mustard which is difficult to determine what it looks like online. It never photographs true to color. It is none of the colors that it appears on my screen. I would say it is Pumpkin ( like pie not the gourd). It has white variation texture like the photos of the chair - not all one flat color like the sample photo. It is pretty. I would have prefered it was light terracotta (as it looks online) but the color is nice and a bit different (not seen in everyones living room). My husband loves it!

I've been looking for an extra chair for our family room and the Bennett swivel chair fit the bill perfectly! It is low profile, but still comfortable and very comfortable if you add a lumbar pillow. The price was much lower than a similar chair at another furniture store. We also didn't have to wait the requisite 5+ weeks for delivery as we have with other companies. We ordered this chair on Monday and received it on Thursday!

I ordered this in green velvet and it’s gorgeous! I love the fabric and color. It’s very comfortable. I was worried it might be too firm, but the seat cushion is thick and soft. The back is ok as is, but it’s deep enough that you could add a throw pillow for extra cush. The height and slope of the side is just right for resting your arms on. I’m going to order a second!

PERFECTION!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I was beyond nervous about buying chairs online. I mean, who buys a chair w/o sitting in it?! Well, the chairs have exceeded my expectations! Comfortable and great quality. Also, the customer service is beyond amazing! Chairs shipped super fast, I received an incorrect color, but the wrong one was picked up in a day and the correct one arrived a day later. I could not be happier!

This is a low quality chair. I’m very disappointed with this purchases and would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone else. The color is not even close to the picture. It’s a very ugly yellowish brown - think 70’s. The seams show the metal poking through on the back of the chair. The swivel is not smooth. The seat cushion is not leather on both sides and is a cheap upholstery liner on the underside. I was hoping for better quality based on the reviews and the price. I wish I would have just paid more for a better quality chair and wasn’t now stuck with this overpriced heinous looking piece.

Chair is great for the price point. Pros: Color is rich and beautiful, swivel is smooth and clean, style is just as described. Cons: Chair is extremely lightweight to lift, so I know the quality isn't as sturdy as it could be... that said, it's a great deal at THAT price point given what I compared it to. Also, shipping was super fast and easy! I wish the chair felt a little softer/fuller, but that could also impact the style - other than that, it's good!

I love this chair! So glad I finally bit the bullet and purchased it. And to be honest, it feels like an even more expensive chair! I purchased this because it was small enough to fit in a corner of my sun room, but even though it’s small it still feels roomy and comfy when you sit in it. I purchased the Flax Performance Linen and I would say my only complaint is that it’s not as dark as I had thought it would be. It’s still pretty but was hoping it would be a shade darker. The linen fabric is also surprisingly soft and I love how it swivels so smoothly.

I've been looking at these chairs for a while and couldn't pass up the 4th of July discount. For months now I've been searchiing around for the prefect chairs for our new Florida/Sunroom and these are the best! I was nervous purchasing online without touching and seeing it in person, but the extensive reviews and pictures validated my decisions. I needed quality and good looks, and this is exactly what I needed. The swivel works great, chair feels solid, it's well made, and it's very comfortable. The fabric is gorgeous- I got Ivory and it goes well with my decor. I love them so much that I decided to buy 2 more to complete the look.

Love these chair and the color. It is a lovely neutral oatmeal color and the fabric is so much nicer than the linen looking options. I could not get a sample of this fabric, but ordered anyway based on another person's description. The color is perfect. The back of one has a long divot running top to bottom where your back rests where it looks like the foam was folded, but I can live with it as I love the chairs otherwise. I put that one where it will be used less, but you can see it.

Beautiful chairs. The color is rich. Cushions are just right. I like comfy chairs (not firm) and these delivered. Shipping was quick. No assembly necessary. Swivel is quiet and 360. If I had to gripe, I would have preferred the base be a metal to match my decor. But the wood looks nice.

We bought 4 of these for our new lounge and are very pleased. Ordered late on Sunday afternoon and got them early afternoon the next day! How is that even possible??? Anyway, they're very comfortable (I normally dislike almost any chair) and give a great posture support. They swivel easily and are very stable if you plop down. They had a glue smell for about 36 hours but after that nothing. Bottom line: super happy with our purchase!

In spite of arriving in a terribly damaged and torn box, this chair was actually in perfect condition. Honestly I almost refused delivery. It was so bad that I documented with a photo. But I took a deep breath and hoped for the best. Miraculously, it was fine. I now understand why it is out of stock frequently. I ordered the Milo mink chenille, which is beautiful. The chair is solidly built, so comfortable , and the swivel is very smooth. I couldn’t be happier.

I bought a pair and they are my new favorite chairs for reading or just taking a breather during the day. I bought them for appearance sake, but they're comfortable too, providing just enough back support and seat comfort. I thought I'd need a lumbar pillow, but do not. The fabric is rich without being overstated and all seams are perfect. An excellent purchase.
