Excellent product but challenging customer experience
This desk is everything I could imagine. The quality is impeccable and I love the ease of raising and lowering the desk. I appreciate the saved settings as well. I can't comment on how it was to put together but it took the delivery guys 2 hours to do so so I imagine it would take me even longer. The lower rating is due to the customer experience with FutonLand. I bought this desk from them because I was promised a 4-6 week turnaround on the delivery. 6 weeks go by and I get no confirmation that it's going to take longer. It sounds like they don't work with great suppliers who communicate back to them but that shouldn't be my problem. Every time I contacted them they were very prompt to call me and email me back but was frustrating the lack of proactive updates. I know it's no fault but my own but I had no desk to work from for 2 months causing back pain and other issues with my wrists so had I known this was going to take longer I would have made alternate plans.
