Garbage Product. Garbage Customer Service

Received two sets of these chairs. Delivered fine. First chair broke within three months, second chair broke soon after. Have attempted multiple times to resolve in store and online but the customer service has been lacking in both instances. I really wish Home Depot would stand behind their products but instead they prefer to push you to the next person without resolution. Extremely disappointed in this product and Home Depot.

Great packaging-color did not work for our room & once they arrived in person they seemed much 'smaller'-thankfully we realized that before we started putting them together.

The chairs themselves look nice and are comfortable, but the screws to screw the seat to the legs aren’t long enough so they can’t be properly assembled.

Chairs are meant to hold people up. However these chairs can’t even hold themselves together. The wooden leg piece does not stay connected to the seat piece. The screws screw into the seat piece and strip away the soft material (compressed sawdust) that the seat piece is made out of an immediately come apart if lifting or moved. Please see image for the stripping of material that came out of the seat part of the chair. I would return, but of course outside the 30 day window. Do not buy the chairs if you want a sturdy chair that stays together. Item is such extremely poor quality, absolutely NOT worth the money.

Poor quality, lasted 5 months before leg snapped

One of the legs snapped this evening as i sat down for dinner which sent me in slow motion to the floor; good laugh for my family but i was quite upset seeing as i paid a good deal of money on what i thought were quality chairs. I have only had these for five months, we take good care of our furniture (they arent used as step stools, we don’t rock on them, and they are picked up not slid out from under the table). Will be reaching out for replacement.

Very Disappointing

These chairs are horrible to put together and when i finally got them almost built, the final screws would not go in because the threads are missing from the holes in one of the chairs. A manufacture defect, but a huge disappointment. Great chairs though, super pretty. I had to take them all apart, which is horrible and cram them back in the box and now I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund and start shopping for something all over again. Supreme let down. Boo Walmart. BOO.

Quality chairs! very satisfied

Read multiple negative reviews about how short the backs of these chairs were and almost didn’t purchase these, so glad i took a chance. I prefer the fact that the backs are table height, they are still comfortable to lean back on. Color os beutiful and will probably hide stains well. Fabric is quality and seems like it’ll hold up well. Sturdy chairs, love the look!

Good chair

Pretty pattern and very comfortable but the back is to low. Not enough support unfortunately

Chair is great. Very sturdy. It's a firm but comfortable chair pad. Assembly is not simple and took my husband and I 1 hour per 2 chairs to put together. The positioning of the screws means you can't use a drill so it's a slow process.

Love the chairs but a little tricky to assemble. They look beautiful and are very comfortable. Overall great product that is a pain to put together but worth the effort.

Chairs are really comfortable and the design allows you to sit Indian style. The screws that hold the cushion half of the chair to the legs do not have good support, and have fallen out on a couple chairs.

Mostly Disappointing

Wow I don't know how these don't have worse reviews. I was frustrated putting them together because the bolts are in weird spots so that you can only turn them about 1/3 of a turn every time with the allen wrench. Most you can hand screw down most of the way but a couple had to be turned with the wrench all the way. Then when screwing the base onto the seat there are no pre drilled holes so you better make sure you line it up right. The extension bit on my screwdriver was ever so slightly too big to reach down the hole for the screws. Which wasn't a huge deal but it turns out it's really easy to over tighten a step the screws. Using a regular screwdriver. The seat fell off when I lifted it up. Overall very disappointing. Almost as annoying to put together as the loveseat I did with completely wrong instructions. Fabric looks great though.

Missed the mark for two reasons. First, these chairs are too small and LOW for a standard table height. Much lower than depicted so pay attention to dimensions before ordering. Second, they were very hard to assemble. Supplied tools did not work. Handyman had to use his tools and it took a lot longer than expected to actually tighten the screws down so the chair base would not easily loosen up.

Hairs are terrible and made cheaply. Two legs were broken and others wrapped. Cannot be out together. Please check all my recent purchases. Many many over the years. I have never returned anything. I wish to be credited to my account Not at all happy. And I am in Florida at my new condo and was wanting to order more items but if this what you are selling now I may change my mind.

The screws that came with these chairs weren’t long enough to properly put together the chairs. The backs of the chairs are really low which make the chair look disproportionate next to the kitchen table. The gravel color also does not look like it does in the pictures. It’s lighter. Needless to say, these chairs will be going back

Beautiful chairs! Modern but comfortable. They are not bulky and the color (brown) is not too dark. They are perfect!

This is not really an armchair, the arms are super short thus you cannot rest your arms on them.

Good enough

They fell apart in less than a month. The screws were too short so I suggest using longer screws. But other than that, super functional and love the way it compliments my west elm Anton dining table.
