Beautiful and high quality product

I ordered the 48-inch prep table for my kitchen and another for my laundry room for folding clothes. The tables were affordable, they shipped quickly, arrived in beautiful condition, were easy to assemble, and they are so sturdy! The casters roll very smoothly. I love my new tables—they will come in handy in so many ways. Once we have our kitchen remodeled, we may move the one table to the garage near our freezers to make organizing them more manageable.

This is my second Gridman Stainless Prep Table. The first to hold my fermenting wine and lab and the second to hold my heavy harvesting equipment. I plan to order a third for my new pizza oven. Easy to clean and wheel about as needed. Assembly was easy. Very pleased with the quality.

Good but with flaws

Overall I am satisfied. Solid table fairly easy to put together although you will likely need two people. Casters took a while to figure out but maybe it’s just me. I was disappointed that edges and corners of table were not protected by the protective film covering most of surface. Edges has some minor dings and discolouration. Minor scratches didn’t bother me too much as those will come with use.

multi tasking table, well-made, long lasting

This is a multi tasking table, useful in many ways: first, for entertaining as a food serving table next to the grill. Having two tiers is gives me more space for prep/store food items for entertaining. It is very solid and well-made. The only down side was the height--a little too high with casters, but once the casters removed, the issue is resolved. Plus, during non-entertaining season, you can store stuff on the lower tier away from the rain. I am also going to use it as a potting table before planting soon. Tip: If you do not like the shiny surface of the stainless steel, you can cover the top with all-weather- ready table cover with various designs and patterns. All in all, this table is an excellent choice for me Will add photos once all the storage items are taken out of patio.

Open Box is the Way to GO!

We recently bought a100 year old church as our retirement home. As such, it is in need of a LOT of work. The kitchen walls have previous water damage so we pulled all the original wood cabinets and purchased stainless steel for all of our storage racks, tables, etc. The TWO Gridmann Open Box SS Tables we purchased are fantastic! We don't mind the scratch/dent in purchasing Open Box items & although a couple parts were missing upon arrival, Gridmann Customer Service was quick to respond and send out the needed parts. THANK YOU for offering the Open Box items and for your support after the sale.

Love the product; hate the shipping.

I'm in love with our prep table. It offers plenty of surface space for my wife and I to prep together in our small apartment kitchen. And the shelf below allows us plenty of storage space for a kitchen that's limited in that department. Assembly is pretty easy and straight forward, although you do need a little room to maneuver the table around. The only drawback is the shipping; which admittedly is not Gridmann's fault. It arrived from FedEx with the legs half out of their box, and the backsplash slightly bent on one side; minor details yes, but could could be major depending on if you live on the top floor of an apartment as opposed to a one level house. Otherwise, we highly recommend this product whether you're in a house or an apartment.

Excellent Product

Very happy with the unit I received. Very quick delivery (3 days). It was in good shape and went together quickly and easily. No problems with missing or broken parts. Set screws tightened down well and I was happy to see the manufacturer included two extra set screws since trying to find a replacement set screw can be a nightmare. The castors were particularly good - inserted and tightened down well and are really very strong and the rubber is well made. Have it sitting outside on a covered and screened in lanai in central Florida to hold a large television so I'll have to see how it handles the rust factor. As other mentioned, the biggest challenge was getting the protective coating off the stainless steel (which I left to my wife). Very happy with the purchase and the price.

Here's the kitchen island you always wanted!.

Exceeded our expectations. Very sturdy, good quality and the correct height for food preparation. We use it as an island in the kitchen and discovered that the backsplash corners have sharp edges; so, we had a carpenter make a beveled, stained (like our cabinets) wooden strip the height of the backsplash and mounted it on the outside of the backsplash. If you set the prep table along a wall (as design dictates), you won't have the sharp edge problem. We also added matching wooden strips on all sides of the bottom shelf, which is perfect for storing a Kitchen Aid mixer, a Cuisinart food processor, and two baskets of fruit. We love it! Good choice for a kitchen island with or without the backsplash.

Good quality stainless-steel table.

I ordered this table for kitchen food prep. It allows me to keep my pots & pans near the stove within an arms reach on the bottom shelf which saves me time digging through cabinets. The top is easy to clean being stainless steel and looks nice. It came with a small dent on the right top side. No problem as, life is not perfect anyway. IDK how it got there, maybe shipping? I am NOT sure but I am NOT returning it because it is a minor dent. The high quality 4 3/4" casters made it too high for me to work comfortably. I am 5' 6", so I did not use them. The table is 35" from floor without the casters. With the casters 39 3/4". I love that this table was so easy to assemble. It come with an Allen wrench and 2 spare set screws. You just add the legs to the table up side down in box, then add shelf, tighten the screws and turn it over. The instructions were easy. You might need a level. Overall, the table quality is a 5 rating, but then it had that one dent, so I gave it a 4. Order without casters, and save your money.
