Grohe mirror useless

I’m having the same problem as another customer here… the mirror hangs down, limp, there is no way to adjust it so it’s stays vertical. This is not a problem w installation…problem w design. Grohe not responding to problem…hopefully get it replaced under warranty

2 have failed...won't fool me again

I have purchased three of these mirrors. They look very nice, but after several months, the mirror head flops down like a dead flower and doesn't stay up. The swivel that allows the up/down movement loses its grip (or friction) so the mirror head hangs straight down looking at the bathroom counter. There is no way to adjust this as the connection seems to be some sort of pressed fitting....so its worthless.

I love it!! Sleek, contemporary, not a cheapy mirror. The 3x magnification is better than what I expected.

Nice mirror that does the job.

Order of all the mirrors that I’ve installed in peoples bathrooms and shower area is for things that this mirror can do this is the most stable gorgeous thing that I’ve ever pulled up and never have to worry about it coming down

Great love the price no fear of having to replace it again
