You sent the wrong part. The invoice and the order was for 48293000, but the part you sent is 46092000.

Not universal

It is not universal. I had to have a plumber retrofit my five year old faucet with which rhua was supposed to be compatible to install the hose because the hose would not fit through the faucet interval casing. It also does not have a rotational piece at the end.

Although it says it's universal, it isn't. It worked fine on a project my tech was doing.

Bad shipping process

The shipping process is very dissatisfied. There is no tracking number or update provided, and the package label did not include the information I provided. I lived in a condo and I gave the unit number and full name, but the label didn’t include them and my condo concierge was confused and have my package sent back. I need the hose replacement asap and this is a very bad experience. I have purchased a few times with grohe directly for different product like bathroom cartridges, and they are not in a very good qualify which wore out very fast within a year. Please work on improving the product quality and customer experiences.

Can I purchase just a replacement hose?

Came with many extra parts for different faucets. I would have appreciated it if I were able to purchase the hose alone at a lower price point.

I've had it for three weeks. Works better than original hose. Easy to install -- good video's explaining the install. It was worth paying the extra $$.

Nice faucet, bad design.

This is a classic case of product design shortfall. The hose on our lovely faucet failed due to the cheap plastic mesh outer layer fraying due to friction on the bottom of the valve body where it rubs each time it slides up or down. Six years. A simple rounding of that edge would remedy this obviously common failing. When the mesh ‘protective outer cladding’ fails, it prevents the hose from extending. Fail. I replaced this failure with a new part, at $75 (REALLY, Grohe???) and added a coating of heavy silicone grease to it. The friction is now greatly reduced, it glides in and out with ease, and it should last a good bit longer. I may even remember to renew the silicone grease every year or less, if I’m lucky. Designers! Add a fairlead to that underside of the valve body! Planned obsolescence is both willful, and unintended, but profitable.
