I bought the 3 strings of light 1 year ago. One string went out and was black by the plug in. I contacted customer service. They refunded my money quickly. The response and speed was great. I will use this company again

Work good for about a year

Bought about 6 of these for holiday lights. 1st year was great. The 2nd year plugged in and half the ropes worked. Some ropes would have 2 different colors displaying. If you hit one color you would get a totally different color. Contacted GT lite as they carry a 1 year warranty. They replaced the ones that were defective. Next year put light back up, same thing.Called GT lite back, this time instead of replacing them they sent me a Home Depot give card for cost of lights and considered warranty

Just OK.

Mounting screws were too small for the clips provided. I bought screws with larger heads so they would not go through the clips. The lites are just ok. The remote controller works sporadically. These would not be my first choice in patio lites in the future.

Very happy but...

We purchased four sets of this product to circle a room after being installed inside crown molding. The product works very well as a lighting source but is difficult to install if you need to make it curve around an object or a cornor. The plastic tubing in which the led light strip is contained lacks need flexibility to make a square inside or outside cornor. The control module with it's on/off switch and photo cell is infrared and is highly directional (you need to be directly in front of it for it to work). While I am happy - as are the grandkids - with the way it lights up the family room and attached porch, were I to do it again I would probably find an easier to install system more workable to our specific home and porch/deck layout.

These lights are so bright and cheerful. After my kind neighbor put them up in front of the house for me, we received compliments from some of the other neighbors who were outside putting up their own lights. I placed the lights on fade mode and they look magnificent!
